Our villa has recently been remodeled, giving it a vacation tropical feel. There is a FREE BEACH LOCKER for your own personal use that is located at the brand new Shipyard Beach Club facility. There are 5 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and sand toys for your own personal use. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, granite, and appliances. A fresh coat of paint through the entire villa, new tiled floor and new furnishings. The unit also has High Speed Internet Service/ WIFI. The front room of the villa has a small den that has a love seat and flat screen TV. It is a nice area to relax and use your lap top while catching up on the news. The first floor also has a half bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom with new furnishings and remodeled master bath. Both bathrooms have new tile, vanity and granite counter tops. Our unit is located across from the swimming pool which is very private and comfortable to relax at when you don't want to go to the beach.
The Greens is in the private gated community of Shipyard Plantation. It is located directly across the street from the world-renowned Van Der Meer tennis center. Our villa is only steps away from the private community pool and a short stroll from the beach. In the summer months there is a free golf cart service that takes you from the front of the Greens to the beach. There is also a newly constructed Beach House with showers and bathrooms.
Our new private deck offers a scenic view of Shipyard Golf Course. The private deck is equipped with new deck furniture and a gas grill. The grounds are well cared for and offer miles of bike and walking paths.
