Our luxurious suite provides guests the comfort of home and the beauty of the white sands beaches of emerald waters of Panama city Beach, Florida. The gulf front living room with spacious 271 square feet balcony has been decorated with beautiful flowers and wall hangings, custom made drapes, leather queen size sofa bed, love seat, Tiffany lamps, entertainment center ,telephone , television, DVD, CD player, VCR and internet access.
The dining area is occupied with comfortable chairs around the beautiful wood table next to granite kitchen counter with bar stools. The gulf front master bedroom has King size bed, television, DVD, CD player, Tiffany lamp, telephone, closet and access to the balcony through a separate door. The master bathroom has vanity, bath tub and shower.
The guest bedroom has queen size bed , closet, television, DVD, CD player and its own bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower. Kitchen has all kinds of appliances including refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, utensils, variety of glasses , dishes, pots and pans.
The laundry closet has a large capacity washer and dryer, iron, iron board and vacuum cleaner.

We love Emerald Isle and have stayed here before, so glad we returned. We love the location, close to nearby activities, shopping and restaurants but far enough away from all the crowds. Beach is beautiful and this unit has an awesome view. The pools are nice, well maintained and cleaned all the time. Beds in this unit are super comfortable. I was very thrilled to find that the washer/dryer combo was full size. Parking was convenient, elevators very fast, pools were not crowded. The balcony was super-sized and we enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings watching the dolphins and the waves. We will probably return to this unit again. The staff was very nice and seemed to always be cleaning and sprucing up the property. The owner was very easy to work with, great customer service and addressed any issue in a timely and professional manner. Great value as well. The Fall is THE best time to vacation in PCB. Weather was fabulous!!! Thanks for a great month at the beach!

WOW!!!! What a fantastic place to be. The Condo is beautifully decorated,the view is priceless. Just high enough to enjoy quiet nights on the balcony. A larger than normal balcony with an awesome chair that reclines was used to relax and watch the waves. The weather was perfect, a couple of afternoon showers. A couple of miles from Pier Park. Just far enough if you want peace and quiet. My 12 year old had a blast in the pools. Very clean and the water was suprisingly cold for August. Thank you Pari you always know just what I want.

This condo was exactly how it was described. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We have rented other condos and have had a bit of problem with unit not being cleaned or overbooked. I must say that our unit was clean when we arrived and the entire process of booking and getting keys was very simple and easy. We will return next summer. Robin

My family stayed in this condo over the Memorial Day Weekend. It is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The owner's description and photos are accurate. Overall the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is great being close enough to Pier Park without being too busy. We hope to stay here again!
