Welcome to my family apartment on a very beautiful resort located on Lake Davenport, central Florida, only 40 minutes drive west of Orlando airport, a little more from Sanford and only 10 mins from Disney. Please take the time to look through all my 16 photos - I want to show you round my beautiful holiday home at Bahama Bay, Lake Davenport.

The apartment/ condo has 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor just 1 minute from the clubhouse, no steps, disabled and elderly friendly, all kitchen equipment provided for a self catering holiday if required. The master bedroom is en-suite, has cable TV and all rooms are beautifully furnished.

The resort of Bahama Bay is beautifully located and has views, lake scenery and has benefits for both families with children and adults/seniors looking for a quiet relaxing holiday surrounded by nice grounds, and with friendly staff to help you throughout.

There are the on-site bars, shop, Restaurant, children's club, on-site spa, the Gym, the sauna and massage facilities, mini-cinema, Playstation games, children's pool and play area. There are the on-site walks, grounds, the 2 lakes, the beach, volleyball, tennis and other sports

At the clubhouse you can buy provisions and souvenirs in the shop. There is also a fish pool in the clubhouse and Wi-Fi internet (broadband) access too.

Listed prices are per 7 Days and vary for longer or shorter stays and INCLUDE ALL taxes, fees, pool heating etc. Departure cleaning charged extra $73.45 at the resort -BOOK and SAVE and pay just $50 if paid up front.

You may pre-book a massage or beauty treatment etc in the on-site Eleuthera Spa with $25 reduction with your booking.

All in all Bahama Bay, Lake Davenport is the perfect place to go for any holiday. It is better than a villa in many ways. There are no pool heating charges or unknown fees etc and it just makes for a wonderful Florida holiday experience.

Amenities	Air Conditioning: This is a full specification unit which will really cool down the whole apartment- some units are not adequate for the weather in Florida- beware- you could be boiled alive! Washer: The washer is in the villa Dryer: The dryer is in the villa. Linens Provided: All linen is spotlessly clean- this is a fully managed resort and when guests move out all linen , pillow cases, towels, napkins etc are cleaned and are, where appropriate, presented professionally 'fanned' and fluted for new visitors Off Street Parking: A huge area of parking in front of the villa means you have no problems in this respect !! Also the on site 24 hour security means your vehicle is safe overnight- beware- some Florida villas are targeted by motor thieves. This is a clear advantage for this managed resort. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer Elevator: There is an elevator in the resort clubhouse to take you to the top level facilities inc. mini cinema, photoshop, games, library etc and there is an excellent balcony up there for relaxation, nice view and shade.
Beds	Queen Bed Double Bed Twin/Single Bed: 2 single beds in a spacious front facing room. Lots of wardrobe space and very tastefully decorated, like the rest of the rooms. Convertible Bed: Very comfortable double open-up sofa bed in the living room area. Crib: A soft crib is provided as standard in the villa. Hard cribs and cots and other facilities for young children and babies are obtainable by contacting the Clubhouse reception.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: There is cable TV and DVD playing facilities in the living room. There is also Cable TV in the master en-suite bedroom. You wont go short of enetertainment as there are radio and CD/ tape playing facilities in the living room and you can hire DVDs and music etc from the clubhouse. There are Playstation and other games upstairs in the Clubhouse and a mini-cinema !! DVD VCR Video Library: DVDs and videos can be hired from the Clubhouse. Books can also be borrowed as can music. Video Game Console: There are Playstation and other games upstairs in the Clubhouse and a mini-cinema !! Video Games: There are video games available upstairs in the Clubhouse. CD Player Stereo System Music Library: Music can be hired from the Clubhouse as can books, DVDs and videos. Shared Hot Tub: 3 of the heated pools have hot tubs and bubbly whirlpools located next to them. There are also shower facilities at each pool. Shared Pool: There are 4 heated pools on site. There is no charge for pool heating- it comes in the price already quoted. Watch out for this charge at other villas!! The pools are shared but at many times of the year the resort is quiet and it can be like having your own private pool. Pools all have showers and some have whirlpools /hot tubs. Sauna: The sauna is located in the Eleuthera Spa within the clubhouse. The spa has face make-up , pampering and massage facilities for the time of your life!!
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need to self cater. the beauty of this resort is you have a choice to eat in or at the on-site restaurant 'Tradewinds' or to eat out on the road. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars etc very near the resort. The kitchen has cutlery, toaster, knives, washing equipment, bowls, plates, tin opener, wooden utensils, you name it!! there are even details of local pizza parlours who will deliver to you if you fancy this option one day!! Cooking Utensils Provided: As detailed - pots and pans included and everything you would need to fully self cater if you wanted to. Refrigerator: A huge American style fridge/freezer is provided. Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker Catering Available: The on-site restaurant 'Tradewinds' is very near one of the heated pools and also the beach and Lake Davenport. It has 2 bars, breakfast area and wedding/ celebration facilities. Also there is Mambo's Bar which does snacks like pizzas etc. as well as drinks. It is located in the clubhouse next to another heated pool.
