Just 21 miles from historic Charleston, Kiawah Island is nestled in semi-tropical wilderness, picturesque marshes, and ten miles of wide, unspoiled, golden beaches.
Our lovely villa is located on a cul-de-sac in Parkside, near the East Beach Market and The Sanctuary Hotel. Shops, restaurants, tennis courts, bike rental shop, and Turtle Point - one of the five golf courses on the island are all nearby.
Do not worry about bringing anything but your clothes, beach towels and food. Bike rentals are within walking distance for our renters to cruise the beach or the 22 miles of biking trails around the island. Be sure to make time for sunsets on the beach or perhaps you would prefer our wrap-around deck which lends PRIVACY and encourages afternoon naps.
