ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
- Three Night Minimum Stay.
- Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
- $300 Security and Damage Deposit required and refunded after
satisfactory inspection of unit and return of all keys and pool
passes. $10.00 charge for non-returned keys.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit,
unless approved.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" and "No Pets" Unit.
- No renters under the age of 25. Age verification is required.
- Payments accepted are money order, paypal, cashier check or personal
check (7 days to clear).
- 25% Deposit required to book rental. Balance due 21 days prior to
arrival.
- Vacuum furnished for your renter's convenience.
$80 One-time Cleaning Fee. Three night minimum stay.

In Addition: 11.10% FL tax effective 3/1/09. To be Increased
to 12.11% effective 4/11/09.

Adults and Families only!! If you are a parent renting a place for your teenagers to stay alone please select another unit. Groups found with no adults will be removed without a refund and will lose their damage deposit.

  • Our recent stay at your condo for our anniversary was just wonderful. It was just like being at home. The view was incredible. We saw a manatee, hammerhead shark, stingrays, and many dolphins. We've been coming to Panama City Beach for a few years, and we can't wait to come back next year and stay at your condo again. Thanks for being so nice to deal with when we first made accommodations and thanks for the thank you letter we received after we returned home. There's nothing like Kentucky hospitality!!!!

  • WE STAYED IN TINKER'S CONDO FROM FEBUARY 9TH THROUGH FEBUARY 16TH. WE WERE ALITTLE LEARY OF BEING ON THE 20TH FLOOR, BUT ONCE WE GOT UP HERE, AND SAW THE VIEW FROM UP HERE, IT IS THE BEST VIEW WE HAVE EVER HAD, AND WE HAVE BEEN COMING DOWN TO THIS AREA FOR OVER25 YEARS. WE SAW DOLPHINS ON MORE THAN ONE TIME. WE ARE NO LONGER LEARY OF HIGH FLOORS. JUST LOOK AT THE VIEW AND YOU WILL AGREE. THANKS AGAIN TINKER...........CAROL WEBB
