Dear Tinker, I just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time in Panama City. Your condo was just exactly as I had expected it to be. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our room. We did not want to leave but know all good things come to an end. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

Tinker, Thank You for letting me and my husband stay in your beautiful condo! It was so nice to get away for a week and get to enjoy the sun and the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, a great home away from home, we couldn't have asked for anything more or better. It was a pleasure renting from you and I know we will again in the future. We can't wait for our next vacation!

We enjoyed your condo so much! It was clean, and had everything that we needed. Pier Park was just a mile down the road, with shops, restaurants, and more. Tinker, you were a joy to work with. Mrs. Tinker, Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your condo. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the luxurious amenities Emerald Beach Resort has to offer, especially Starbucks!! The resort is very convenient with everything being within a short walk or short drive! Your condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. The views from the balcony were sensational. I would definitely recommend your condo to my family and friends and we look forward to renting from you in the future. Our recent stay at your condo for our anniversary was just wonderful. It was just like being at home. The view was incredible. We saw a manatee, hammerhead shark, stingrays, and many dolphins. We've been coming to Panama City Beach for a few years, and we can't wait to come back next year and stay at your condo again. Thanks for being so nice to deal with when we first made accommodations and thanks for the thank you letter we received after we returned home. There's nothing like Kentucky hospitality!!!!

Tinker, We wanted to thank you again for your kindness in every way and take this opportunity to let everyone who reads this know what a lovely person you are to rent from and what a beautiful condo you have for families to relax and enjoy the beach. It is so new and clean and has all the comforts of home. Gail and I agree that our favorite part of each day was enjoying the beautiful ocean view while having our morning coffee and tea on the balcony. Tinker, you personally know how important this vacation was to us and your accommodations played a huge part in making it so enjoyable. Furthermore, the entire resort is so nice and every Emerald Beach Resort staff member we talked to was very courteous and professional. We had a wonderful stay in Tinker's lovely condo at the Emerald Beach Resort. Everything needed for a fun vacation is right there. Tinker takes pride in her condo and it shows! Everything was so clean and new. And the view was outstanding! Tinker was so pleasant and easy to work with....hope we can go back again sometime soon....thanks!

April 30 thru May 3rd Tinker, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The view from the balcony is awesome!! From the balcony, we were able to see several dolphins playing. We have rented many vacation properties via the website VRBO, but your place tops them all. We look forward to staying again with you soon.

WE STAYED IN TINKER'S CONDO FROM FEBUARY 9TH THROUGH FEBUARY 16TH. WE WERE ALITTLE LEARY OF BEING ON THE 20TH FLOOR, BUT ONCE WE GOT UP HERE, AND SAW THE VIEW FROM UP HERE, IT IS THE BEST VIEW WE HAVE EVER HAD, AND WE HAVE BEEN COMING DOWN TO THIS AREA FOR OVER25 YEARS. WE SAW DOLPHINS ON MORE THAN ONE TIME. WE ARE NO LONGER LEARY OF HIGH FLOORS. JUST LOOK AT THE VIEW AND YOU WILL AGREE. THANKS AGAIN TINKER...........CAROL WEBB

We stayed from Oct.6-13,2007 Condo is very nice with a beautiful view. Has everything a vacationing family could ask for. The owner is very nice and a delight to deal with.
