This beautiful, ocean front villa is ideally situated on a long, level, no bank, white sand beach in the gated, private community of Pedregal on the Pacific Ocean side of the Baja Peninsula, opposite the fun, exciting town of Cabo San Lucas. THIS VILLA WAS FEATURED BY THE DENVER BRONCOS CHEERLEADERS SQUAD FOR THEIR RECENT CALENDER SHOOT.
Enjoy cool drinks and the sweeping view from the large deck or from the infinity swimming pool with waterfall spilling over the ocean side edge or from the adjacent, large jacuzzi tub. The glass sliding doors of the master bedroom, living room & dining room will open the entire length to the deck, swimming pool, hot tub and the alluring beach and oceanview.
Swing on the hammock on the beach in front of the villa. Sit by the gas fired pit on the deck. Swim & play in the ocean in front of the villa.
Dine and/or enjoy cocktails at the numerous restaurants in town or on the harbor.
Charter a sports fishing boat in the harbor.
Try a tour boat cruise to the tip of the Baja or a dinner cruise on one of the ships.

It is one of only about ten low bank oceanfront lots in Cabo San Lucas. that actually fronts on the Pacific ocean. And it is situated in a BEAUTIFUL grove of coconut palm. It is located in the Pedregal comunity which is a gated community with excellent 24 hour security patrols.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
It is within walking distance of downtown Cabo and has a great stretch of sandy beach at our doorstep. There are no beach pedlers and our house design provides us with total privacy.
