This unit backs directly to a heated pool. Watch the kids swim from the patio or living room! 3 TV’s, full cable and DVD player. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and even has a peek at the Gulf.
This unit is one of the much sought after “Glass Back” units facing south. Relax on the rear patio/garden area just steps to the pool.
Unit has a fully furnished kitchen, breakfast bar and large living room/dining area and washer/dryer.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resorts boasts 10 pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts and putt-putt golf. The resort is a gated community, directly across from the street from the Gulf. A short 5 min walk will get you there where you will enjoy the white sandy beach. In addition, there is a beach club house with a pool and sun deck directly on the Gulf that is yours to use! Also at the clubhouse, is a concession area for refreshments.
There are a number of restaurants nearby as well as attractions such as Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum, Zoo, Sailing, Boating, Fishing, Movies, Jet Skiing, Parasailing, and shopping ---many within walking distance.
