This new home has everything you need to just open the doors and start relaxing. There is also a small rustic cottage with electricity on the property that can be used for extra sleeping. The Tittabawassee River is located directly across the street and home has deeded access. There is room for your boat. The Lost Arrow Resort is located less than a mile away.

We have a huge fenced in backyard for your children and/or dogs to play. House has satellite TV with 200 channels including 10 Showtime movie channels in each room. Some of the best Fishing Holes (including Ice Fishing) are found right in front of the home.
