This home was completed in April 2007 and designed to be a very beautiful and comfortable vacation guest home. Being a 2nd story residence it is very private and secure. Natural light fills the rooms. It was professionally decorated with rattan, hardwood and tile floors and wool rugs. Main floor deck overlooks a small park and has small eating and lounge areas. A spacious view rooftop deck has a large eating area, gas grill and large lounging/sunning area.
We feel Coronado is one of the nicest small towns in the world. Take an evening walk to any of the dozens of restaurants and follow that up with a quiet romantic walk on the beach or a stroll along the bay where you can view the evening lights (nightly fireworks in summer from Sea World) of the downtown San Diego Skyline!
