We have been to Beachside Two several times, and this was by far one of the nicest condos we have stayed in! Very spacious, well decorated, and had everything we needed. It definitely felt like home away from home.

My family and I stayed 1 week in this condo over spring break 2012. This Condo is very nice! King bed in Master Suite and then kids each had a twin bed in their own bedroom. Condo is very roomy enough for family of 5. Kitchen is well equiped with whatever you may need. Overall the place was very clean and well cared for. Instructions for rental/care/maintenance/emergencies are precisely laid out in advance and in the room. Many sand toys (and chairs) are available in the front closet. Aside from a smaller closet in the kids room, there is a larger walk-in closet just off the master bedroom. Very convenient for luggage and stuff you just want out of the way. We all ate breakfast out on the patio each morning. Favorite part was the beach and just sitting out on the deck listening to the ocean 13 floors up. Although the rates and policies may have changed, what I really liked about VRBO 127836 was the fact the owners built the taxes/cleaning fees into the price. The price you saw was the price you paid. That is/was a great policy and really clarified upfront costs. If we go back to Destin, we hope to stay in this condo again! Really nice place!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this condo. It was beatiful and relaxing. Convenient access from elevator. Beatiful views. More beautiful than expected. Pictures can't do it justice. It was one of the best vacations ever. Thank you so much for opening your condo to us. We will be back.

My husband came to continuing education classes at the resort and we stayed for 6 nights.Great view from this condo! Beautiful interior and very clean.Owner was very helpful before, during and after our stay. We did have a problem with security codes at first but by the weekend all went well. We highly recommend the Acme Oyster House in Baytowne as the grilled ones were the best! It was also very convenient to have the bar on the beach as well as access to the pool/bar beside Finz restaurant. Another thing we loved was the ice machine as you went to the beach to fill up our ice chests! We hightly recommend this condo and when we return to this area we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights! This was our first beach trip(as a family)! Myself, my husband and my 6 yr old daughter(her first time). It was AMAZING! The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme, it was clean, comfy and HUGE! Just like the pictures! The view deserves it's own article! It was wonderful! We had to make ourselves leave the condo and go do something! We could sit and look at the beach and hear the waves and be perfectly content! We looked forward to time in the condo and couldn't wait to get back "home" to it each day! The beach was wonderful! The resort has alot of chairs set up on the beach, but we always found a good spot for our chairs and umbrellas! There were chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, mats..etc all ready for us in the closet! I will never forget how I felt when we first walked through the door! My exact words that I said to my husand before I even looked through the rest of the condo.. "I am booking for a WEEK next year!" We took a dolphin sunset cruise the night we arrived that was wonderful! Besides that we spent our time at the beach and in our condo with my family and loved evrey minute of it! It was a pleasure dealing with the owner..she made it a smooth, stress free booking! I would recommend the Southern Star Sunset Dolphin Cruise and Fudpuckers was our favorite resturant with the alligator farm!

My family and I had a spectacular time staying at this condo. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had an awesome view! What more could you ask for? Also, the SanDestin Beach and Golf Resort is a great resort. Baytowne Warf is a really cool place to take your family. We rode our bikes over, but there is also a tram that will take you over. The experience was wonderful all the way around!! We definitely plan to return in the future!

I have stayed in Florida on vacation for several years. I was able to enjoy this stay the most. The bed in the master bedroom was more like at home. It has a pillow top mattress, instead of those thin kind in some condos. I had a beautiful view of the ocean. My teenage sons loved having the wi-fi at night. Some condos would say they have it and it never worked. This condo is everything it says and more. The owner had everything ready for us. We cannot wait to go back. We stayed nine nights and only missed my pet !

My family spent 4 wonderful nights at this condo! The instructions for arrival were so clear that our late-night (9pm) arrival had no problems. Great when you are already exhausted to be able to get in, get set up within minutes. Condo was everything that was advertised: clean, spacious. Rooms were set up nicely and simply decorated. We have a 3 year old, and there was enough space for her to maneuver without worry about her breaking something. Loved the balcony. Note that it doesn't face due west, so the sunset you see is the tail end (left side). We didn't mind so much as the colors were still gorgeous and the balcony was never in full sun, so you could sit out there all day if so desired. The window in the master overlooks the water and is awesome. The second bedroom window is on the hallway side (outside access), but when we were there it was quiet enough even during the day. The beach toys/chairs were convenient. Every day we took stuff down, but it's a straight shot down the elevator and a few short steps to the beach. Beach access was controlled, but easy. Resort bathrooms were clean. We never used the pool, but it looked nice enough. We were a bit concerned about the chair rental company, but they gave us no problems. We set up down the beach a bit to avoid sitting in front of the chairs they set up (at 7am!), but we saw others sitting in front without problems. The water was great 3.5 days (last day had a yellow flag because the water was choppy). Beach was clean every morning. Location of condo relative to restaurants, etc was great too. Recommend Smiling Fish in Santa Rosa and Jordano's Pizza for dinner and Shake's Custard for dessert. We only ate out 2x because the condo kitchen was awesome. Bring your own coffee filters and sugar, though (although we left some filters behind for the next renter!). Having a car is a necessity. Covered parking at the condo was super-convenient!

We just returned from 4 night stay and it was perfect. We have a 3 year old and 18 month old and it was ideal. We felt right at home and would recommend to anyone. We will be returning. It is very spacious and were able to set up a pack and play in the master closet with no problems! Loved being close to the elevators and the staff on the property was very friendly. Thanks so much!

My husband and I just returned from a weeks stay here for our honeymoon, and it was perfect! The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! Everything in the description for this condo is accurate. The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The owner of the condo is so nice and helpful, and everything from booking to checkout went smoothly. The master bedroom has a view that cant be beat..to wake up in the morning and see that when you wake up is amazing!! They also provide you with beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of fun toys for the kids which were all in great condition which makes this an even better value considering the price to rent the chairs on the beach. We will definately be returning and may even make it an annual visit!

This beautiful condo had everything we needed for our two weeks stay. It was clean and well stocked with extra towels, sheets and kitchen utensils. We had a wonderful view from our balcony and the sunsets were amazing. Our location was great for nearby shopping and lots of great restaurants. The owner was very helpful and was happy to answer all our questions. We had a great vacation.

Our first time to Sandestin. October was a great time to go. The weather was perfect, the beach was great and the water was just right. The condo was just perfect for 4 adults. We sat on the balcony every morning and had breakfast. Just beautiful!! Great view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. We saw dolphins a couple of mornings...pretty awesome. Excellent location and beautiful scenery from the balcony and front door. This condo is close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. There's a Starbucks and shopping within walking distance right off Sandestin Blvd. We took a dolphin cruise with Southern Star...excellent...saw a lot of dolphins and a beautiful sunset. You can't go wrong with this condo.

My family stayed at this condo Aug. 11 through the 14. We come to Destin each year and have stayed in a variety of places both in the main stretch of Destin and within the Sandestin resort. Honestly, this is the best place we have stayed at overall and for a great price. The condo is in a fantastic location in Sandestin. It is right on the beach and has a big, clean pool. Inside, it is wonderful as well. The decorations are really good-kind of an ethan allen vibe. My favorite part was the view from the huge windows in the bedroom-absolutely lovely! It was so peaceful to wake up and look out straight into the ocean. The owners provide beach chairs, toys, etc.., which was really useful. The king size bed in the master bedroom was actually comfortable, which is sometimes hard to find in private condos. The living room couches weren't comfortable but the little time we spent inside was watching tv in our beds. A few problems with drainage in the bathrooms but both were large and had plenty of towels. Overall, this condo would satisfy the most well heeled traveler in my opinion and at a really reasonable price. Trust me, you won't do better unless you spend two or three times as much and maybe not even then.

We stayed at this condo for the 4th and it was perfect! It was by far the best beach trip. We have a 3 year old and the second bedroom with the twin beds and bathroom was perfect for him. The master bedroom is very large and with the large windows with the magnificent view you can't beat it. Absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed and the beach was literally minutes away. I will most definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed in this condo for 5 nights over Memorial Day week. The condo is perfect for a small family (we have 2 kids, age 3 and 1). The kitchen had everything we needed and we made meals in the condo most of the time. You cannot get a better view from the deck - straight out to the water. We have stayed in either Beachside I or II everytime we have been at Sandestin - and this was out favorite unit we've stayed in. The owner was great to work with. Providing the beach chairs and sand toys was a great bonus - less we had to pack in the car! We will definitely look to book this unit again when we return to Sandestin again.
