This condo is located at 900 feet elevation for a beautiful distant ocean view and tropical breezes. Yet, it is close enough to world class beaches, famous resorts, and recreational activities.

Waikoloa Village is located north of Kailua-Kona between the Waikoloa Beach Resorts and Waimea. Waimea is the home of the world famous Parker Ranch and wonderful restaurants. This also starts your drive to Water Falls, Botanical Gardens, the town of Hilo, Volcanoes National Park, and much more.

This condo has been beautifully remodeled. The entry hall greets you with a hanging lead glass pineapple light. The kitchen has new oak cabinets, beautiful SileStone® countertops (bacteria resistant), and pecan flooring. The SileStone® snack bar and four stools are illuminated by 3 hanging lead glass pineapple lights. New appliances include 22 cu ft refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen sink with two garbage disposers.

EACH BEDROOM HAS PRIVATE ACCESS TO A SEPARATE BATHROOM!! The MASTER BEDROOM has a California king-size bed, bathroom, vanity area, large sliding mirror closet doors, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and personal access to lanai. The GUEST BEDROOM has two twin size beds (which can be converted to king size bed), large sliding mirror closet doors, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and private access to a separate bathroom. The LOFT BEDROOM has two twin beds (which can be converted to a king size bed), large closet, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and its own personal bathroom. Two inflatable Twin "Aerobeds" are also available.
The entry hall, kitchen, and dining area have new pecan flooring while the three bedrooms and living room have new wall to wall carpeting.

The dining room has a hanging opaque glass light over a round dining table.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, floor to ceiling windows to view the great outdoors, and large sliding glass door to lanai.

The condo has its own washer and dryer. Everything you need is provided from a fully accessorized kitchen, bath towels, linens, and beach towels.

Relax on the spacious lanai with glass table, chairs, lounge, sink, and refrigerator. View the rolling green lawn, tropical plants, swaying palms, and Pacific Ocean coastline. Have your dinners on the lanai during the spectacular Hawaiian sunsets as the sun descends behind swaying palm branches to the blue ocean below.

The condo complex features 2 heated swimming pools with cabanas, 2 hot tubs, and 4 Bar-B-Q grills. There are shady areas to eat and rest or enjoy the sun's relaxing rays. Take the car or enjoy a leisurely 10 minute early morning or evening stroll.

  • My boyfriend and I rented this condo in June and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accomadations. The location is great and the condo is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved having access to a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully equiped kitchen made meals very budget friendly. There was also a very useful book that had many recommendations on things to do on the island as well as detailed directions starting from the condo driveway. We were very satified with our stay and hope to come back next summer!

  • We had a relaxing stay at your condo. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated in "Island Style". We made great use of the beach equipment and used the ice chest to pack snacks for our excursions. Although the condo was not near the beach, (about 6 miles away), we had a beautiful and quiet view of the ocean from the large Lanai. We enjoyed a few breakfasts and dinners on the Lanai also, taking in the view and enjoying the fragrance of the Plumerias that were growing there. Ahhhh, I can still smell them. Our time spent there was so enjoyable and relaxing, we called to add more days at the condo! Mahalo, you have a beautiful and peaceful locale!

  • What a relaxing, refreshing treat for "sure" condo is! The setting and weather were perfect. Oh, what serenity and quietness, quite a contrast to city life in Las Vegas. Your modern, elegant condo has everything one needs in a home. Daily lanai dining with exquisite view was delightful. I really enjoyed your stash of DVDs, particularly the one about amazing animals with unique characteristics was incredible. How intriquing is the one about earth being a privileged planet. How invigorating to sleep and let the body wake naturally!! It is such a beautiful emerald green paradise with blue skies. Use sunscreen. Going to the world's 2nd best beach was delightful but lobster red skin diminished what could have been a perfect memory. Vitamin E oil daily meant no peeling. What a blessing your relaxing home is to the spirit and body. What beautiful memories I had on this island and in your home. Perfectly centered on the island, you can see and do it all. Everything is accessible...shopping, sightseeing, entertainment. July 29-Aug 4 2008

  • We've been very happy to stay 4 nights in this condo. We had each day the great breakfast time on a lanai with a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is completely equipped. The location is very convenient to the white beach, restaurants and another attractions. The black lava fields are very unusual landscape, and it's interesting to watch a handmade design with white corals around. Thank you to share your condo with us. Nataliya, Nickolas, Oleg.

  • we have come back to Seattle yesterday. We have a great time on big island and have truly enjoyed staying in your condo. We saw a herd of goats and turkeys in the golf course from the lanai. Sitting on the lanai is very relaxing; The weather is perfect on the beaches. Making and drinking papaya smoothie is wonderful daily experience. We would like to thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

  • We were fortunate to stay at your condo for the 2 mths of Nov.& Dec.Our 3 children and their families visited through out, and all had their own space. We had a wonderful time.The condo has everything you could ask for and more.We enjoyed our meals on the lanai every day, taking in the view.This is a very comfortable condo,clean,well appointed and handy to beaches, grocery store,etc.We would recomend your condo to our friends and relatives.Thank you for sharing your little bit of paradise with us.   • We stayed at The Sure House for our daughter's wedding in July '08. The condo was beautiful and spacious for our group of 6, plus additional guests who dropped in for various meals and socializing. Many in our wedding party rented condos, but all agreed that ours was the prettiest and at a great price too. The view from the lanai is great. The kitchen has everything you need. It was great to go home with clean laundry too because of the washer and dryer in the condo. Everything was as stated in the ad - you can't go wrong renting this unit. Top notch furnishings.   • 6 of us had a wonderful vacation, staying at your condo, and your accomodations were fantastic. We were away from the bustle of Kona but close enough to go there easily. The condo had everything we needed to make our Hawaii vacation complete including golf clubs, which we used on the driving range and putting green, boogie boards, snorkeling supplies, and more. The condo's location is in close proximity of a shopping center and is a great jump-off for visiting other parts of the Island. The free use of the swimming pool, spa,and gas barbecues was wonderful for us. The Big Island is the best location to experience the varied geography that the Islands feature as well as historical sites. Oh - the coffee farms south of Kona are great to visit.   • This condo was more than we expected. It is clean, modern, very nicely furnished and beautifully quiet. It is a second floor condo so guests have a private and nice view of the golf course and the ocean ~5 miles away. There is a good size grocery store nearby and while the condo is six miles up the main highway and 20 miles north of Kona proper, this area (Kohala) is where all the big resorts are as well as a large variety of great beaches. The best weather is here as well. This area of Hawaii is quieter than the port town of Kona but this was exactly what we wanted. The local hotels/resorts are luxurious and offer some beautiful restaurants but be prepared to pay ~$50.00 per person for dinner. Overall, this condo is a great deal and would comfortably sleep six. We would stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Mahalo

  • Your Hawaiian home is beautiful, relaxing and spacious. After a day at the Four Seasons for lunch, whale watching along the coast, or taking it easy after a long drive to and from the volcano, we always felt upon our return that we were coming home even if it meant the need to use the washer and dryer preparing for the next day. Our daily routine then would include walks along edge of the velvet-green gold course, seeing the flaming display of sunset, or experiencing the cool Kona breezes. On the practical side, having the local grocery store and shops so close was extremely helpful. I loved the fresh macademia nut rolls and coffee at the local grocery store I enjoyed while the rest of the household was slowly waking up. The outside covered lanai was like bringing the outside in whether for reading or for sipping tropcial juices while waiting for the rest of our group to get ready for the day. During the weeks when we stayed, we had friends and family visit with us and there was plenty of room for us all. This was one of the most healing and relaxing vacations we have ever had. We can't wait to return!
