We found this vacation rental to be a wonderful retreat! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was very clean and exactly stated in listing. The master bedroom was huge & I loved the walk-in closet. Their were extra roll away beds available in two of the closets! It was a short walk to the beach to the Fairmont Orchid. A short drive to the private beach access and beautiful in every way!! White sandy beaches :) The house itself has everything we needed. We loved the patio and outdoor grill! It is a very large and open floor plan --the home was so warm & inviting! Victoria answered all my questions before we left and had a lot of suggestions when we arrived. Such a relaxing atmosphere --very impressed with the exercise room and pool areas! The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of parking areas. We enjoyed the nearby grocery store and was impressed with their variety of selections in bakery,meat, & deli :) We received our deposit check promptly after our trip. We definitely will be returning!

We stayed here a week in Sept and had a wonderful time. We saw lots of attractions and the owner was incredibly helpful with advice on what to see and what to do.The property clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it and felt is was a great deal.

This Kulalani townhome was even more than we hoped it would be...our immediate reaction was "Awesome!" It was spacious, open, beautifully decorated, and a literal stone's throw away from the gorgeous Fairmont Orchid Resort (stunning beach front sunsets and 1/2 price appetizers at 5!). Traveling with with family ranging between ages 2 and 80, many little details became important i.e. the nearby grocery store, easy parking and front door access, huge 1st floor master bed & bath, back open grass area, fantastic 'kiddie/lap' pool...not to mention the private Beach Club that offers a secluded cove with great snorkeling & complimentary cabanas. A true 'home away from home,' the unit was fully furnished with everything from soap & detergent to olive oil & soy sauce! There was also every boogie board, snorkeling set, and beach toy you'd ever need. I could go on and on but the bottom line is Kulalani is the most luxurious property you'll find at the most affordable price. From a jam packed family affair to a private, romantic getaway, this vacation home is what you choose to make of it. Victoria happened to be the first person I spoke to. After looking at 35 other listings and comparing amenities, square footage, location, price, etc, Island Beach Rentals is the one we came back to. So save your time and your money! Book Kulalani. Our family had an amazing vacation, due mostly to the home we created for ourselves in this private, gated community. MAHALO, Victoria and Nelson for making our stay so magical and unforgettable! We will always remember my grandmother's 80th Birthday celebration on the Big Island of Hawaii! ;)
