Las Flores is on a lovely street with interesting shops and new construction condos as neighbors. We had a lovely week there. However, it is probably not for those who want everything new and perfect. Las Flores is a bit "down in the heels." It was older than we expected from the photos and it didn't take long to show us its age. The hot water went out on two occasions. The sewer backed up another day. Fortunately, the attentive staff came over and made repairs promptly. I would recomment Las Flores to families desiring a quiet downtown apartment that's comfy and convenient, at a very reasonable price.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+.
