Nestled in the foothills of the Teton Range, you will find Alta Rim Lodge. This 3000 square foot property is situated on 9 very private acres and features a pond and stream on the property. There is also a swing set for the children. Looking west of the property is a fantastic view of Teton Valley.
The home was professionally decorated by a leading Jackson Hole designer and features custom furniture, linens and accessories. The focus here is on a feeling of elegant yet comfortable surroundings.
There are two master suites, each with a king bed and very tasteful linens and with that spectacular view. A third bedroom with a queen bed is bright and airy. The bunk room which sleeps 4 is a fabulous mix of furnishings that will delight the eye.
There is a huge gathering room, complete with wood burning fireplace, television, stereo, VCR, DVD,two huge sofas and a chair and a half with many custom pieces. Many Disney and other movies are stocked for your enjoyment.
A formal dining room adjacent to the gathering room has room for all your family and guests at the Dick Idol, Mission Valley dining table.
The lovely sitting room has French Doors that open up to an expansive deck with unobstructed views of the pond and stream and Teton Valley beyond. A dining set and gas barbecue complete the ambiance.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. There is a breakfast bar and a breakfast table and alcove for more casual entertaining and for just being together.
A two car garage completes the package.
The home is close to Driggs for all your shopping needs and Jackson Hole is just 45 minutes away. Grand Targhee is 6 miles away.
The world renowned Aspen trail is a matter of steps from your door and many other hiking trails are to be found minutes away. The Henry's Fork of the Snake River, one of the most famous fly fishing areas, is nearby as are many other spots for excellent fly fishing. Three excellent golf courses are within easy access and Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park are nearby.
Teton Valley and Jackson Hole host many festivals throughout the year and there is always something going on to entertain you........or, just relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the areas and the peace and quiet.
