This awesome condo is a 3 bedroom 3 bath with a nice balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico & beautiful sunsets . Entrance balcony overlooking Pier Park as well as Frank Brown Park and the New Dan Russell Pier Fishing Pier.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the Guest Bedroom also has a king and the 3rd bedroom has a full and twin bed as well as there is a Queen sleeper sofa.
You can see the Gulf from each room except for the 3rd bedroom. From the entrance you can see Pier Park as well as Frank Brown Park.
The kitchen has lots of room and full-sized appliances and four stools for the surrounding counter, plus, a dining room table with 6 chairs.
The laundry room has a FULL-sized washer and dryer for all your laundry needs as well as there is an iron and an ironing board
