Unit has two bedrooms, den with queen sleep sofa, and living room with queen sleep sofa. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and private bath, with access to the balcony. Access to the balcony is also available from the living room. The second bedroom has a double bed. Two full bathrooms, complete kitchen, and full size washer and dryer located in separate laundry room just outside the unit.

This building has many amenities such as 24-hour security, indoor and outdoor pool, game room, exercise room, basketball and tennis courts, playground and much more.There is a sandwich/ice cream shop located on site, as well as a convenience store. Within walking distance, you will find shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and cinema.
