This newly constructed home was completed in February 2007. Lilikoi Beach House combines Hawaiian plantation style and country-style. It is cheerful with an open floor plan. Built up off the ground on a premium 1/2 acre lot, this home affords great privacy and wonderful views.
The home lies approximately 60 yards from the beach. Makua Beach (Tunnels) is known to be among the best snorkeling spots on Kauai and is just a short stroll away. Locals have enjoyed shelling right in front of the house.
The home includes approximately 3000 square foot of living space featuring 3 bedrooms plus office & 2 baths, 3 covered hardwood Ipe lanai's, inside and outside dining, quality entertainment center, elevator for your convenience, internet access, & a tropical outdoor shower.
The master suite has a California king bed, ocean views, spacious bathroom with custom Travertine walk-in shower, hot tub, his/hers vanity, and make-up vanity. The guest room includes a queen bed and shares the second bath with the baby room. The baby room has a brand-new full sized Pottery Barn Crib and Mitchell Gold chair 1/2 which converts to a single bed.
