This condominium complex is primarily owner occupied; it is a nice, quiet place. Loud partying and behavior disruptive to other occupants of the complex will not be tolerated whatsoever. If such behavior occurs the renter and other occupants may be evicted from the unit and the damage deposit will be forfeited. If you are looking for somewhere to stay up all night and throw a loud party, you have chosen the wrong property. This is not Motel 8.

Year Purchased: 2000
This is our own personal unit which you will find to be much nicer and cleaner than typical rental units. We live in McAllen (70 miles from South Padre) and our small children have now turned into teenagers, so we no longer have the opportunity to use the condo as much as we used to. We made the decision a couple years ago to rent the unit to other families.
