This is a home, NOT a small condo. This home is IN PISMO BEACH. Please beware that many homes advertised on VRBO in Pismo Beach are NOT ACTUALLY IN PISMO BEACH. In the long description they then say "near Pismo Beach", "Oceano" or "Pismo State Beach". If you are not familiar with the area, you might be tricked into thinking you are renting in Pismo Beach.

We were about the first renters of this lovely house and have been coming twice a year since. It is a wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the ocean and the beach and all. We have a family reunion which makes it even better. The children and grand children look forward to Pismo Beach and all the good times. Excellent restaurants close by and shops, too. A grand place to vacation...highly recommended.

The unobstructed view from the upstairs living/kitchen/dining/wrap-around balcony area is amazing! It overlooks the pier and the boardwalk to downtown Pismo. The beach is steps away, as advertised. There are two living areas, for those who want to have a quiet place to read or talk downstairs, away from all the activity upstairs. Plus, the laundry area downstairs was a perfect location for quick washes each day. The tile floors were conducive to "sand trackers." All you had to do was a quick sweep, and the floor was clean again. When we arrived, we could not get the cable to work. We called the number provided, and instructions were given, plus she even hand-delivered a baking pan to us that we needed to fix a meal. Every appliance you will need is there (and more). The most important thing, however, is the memories this place provides. With a breathtaking view, wonderful accommodations, and all your needs met, you can focus on taking your 2-1/2-year old grandson to the beach (steps away) and watch the world through his eyes! We went to the beach four times in two days, had the best clam chowder ever at Splash, and culminated our stay the last evening at Pismo with a 7-1/2 pound crab at the Cracked Crab. I would love to keep this place to ourselves; however, that would not be fair to the owners who strive so hard to make this a wonderful experience. Go, enjoy, live! You will not regret your stay here--we will just have to compete with your family the next time we want it. Cheers!
