This home in Naples Park is an ideal location close to the beach and right off Vanderbilt Road. Situated in the 500 block of Naples Park close access to intracoastal and great for walking or riding your bike. If you are looking to get away from the cold come down to beautiful Naples Park and stay with us. The home has a great open living space area with a patio off the back of the house to sit and enjoy the day.
The inside of the house includes a brand new updated and fully stocked kitchen with all dishes and appliances. The kitchen is connected to the great room so you can entertain and share good times with friends and family. The kitchen has brand new cabinets, sink and granite coutertops. The house has just been painted for a really home feeling. We have invested in new bedding for comfort for our guest new towels and new bathroom accessories. We also tiled the back lainai patio so you can enjoy sitting in the screened in porch in comfort overlooking florida fruit trees. A nice grill is in the back yard for barbeques or a quiet dinner in at home.
The house has three bedrooms.
A master bedroom with king bed and large closet and private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet with vanity.
A guest bedroom with two twin beds is off the living area with a television so people can enjoy different programs on T.V.
There is a bathroom between the second and third guest bedroom with a toilet and shower and vanity.
The third bedroom has a pop up trundle bed.
Lastly, the great room has a sectional couch and two rocking chairs. The sectional pulls out into an additional sleeping area.
