Spacious Master bedroom with private tub bath, walk-in closet, TV/DVD, "pillow-top" King bed. Second bedroom with TV/DVD and "pillow-top" queen bed. Third bedroom with walk-in closet and triple bunk bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Heavy duty washer/dryer in hall closet with iron and ironing board. Full hall bath with seated shower.

Main level powder room, eat-in kitchen with pantry closet and breakfast bar. Living/dining area with TV/DVD/VCR/CD stereo, ceiling fan and gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors open to tiled, sunny Florida room with comfy futon, sky-lights, and ceiling fan overlooking patio, fish ponds, and cascades.

Two tennis courts and large community pool across street. Two private parking spaces at front door and guest parking. Outlet malls for endless shopping. Wide variety of ethnic and gourmet restaurants and everyday fare. Rehoboth Beach has theme weekends well into Fall and beat-the-heat in cooler spring months.

Walk to bike rental and "BIG FISH" restaurant. Property is a quiet get-away, or enjoy day and night activities. Just minutes to the beach. Rehoboth offers quaint to "cool".
