Sandy Key is one of the largest beach front properties in the Florida Panhandle and is just a few minutes walk to the Gulf Island National Seashore with beautiful sand dunes and a variety of wildlife.
Our newly furnished unit is directly on the beach and has a large private balcony overlooking sandy white beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perdido Key is rated as one of the top 5 beaches by Conde Nast.

Our unit has been completely remodeled and refurnished with all new furnishings and custom draperies throughout. The living room has flat screen LCD TV, DVD, CD with surround sound stereo, large sofa and love seat with views to the Gulf of Mexico.
Our kitchen is furnished with all new stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and disposal along with all the small appliances you will need. The kitchen cabinets are spacious and the counter tops are beautiful new polished granite. The washer dryer are top of the line new appliances for your convenience.
This unit also has beautiful original oil paintings of views from the balcony painted by the owner. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, sliding doors that enter directly to the beautiful balcony and a private master bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has two single beds, dresser, night stand, LCD HD TV with DVD and access to the guest bathroom.
We also provide downstairs storage with beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for the children.
Sandy Key has the most beautiful beach on the Key with 790 feet of beach front, off street parking, tennis court, two swimming pools,(one heated)a hot tub and large grilling area. The exercise room is spaceous and a fully equiped facility.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The mornings on the balcony and the evening sunsets are spectacular and Sandra has captured some of the beauty with the paintings she has done from the balcony and placed around the units. We can see the porpuis swiming in the Gulf of Mexico and the pelicans sailing over the water from our location. The laid back atmosphere is peacful and quiet and a walk to the Gulf Island National Seashore is a few minutes away.

Sandra and I love the beach and have owned property at Sandy Key since 1989. In 2006 we bought two additional rental properties that we own and rent with a lot of pride and joy. Our units are beautiful and it is important to us that they be maintained in a way that we can enjoy our stay there also. We want our guest to have a special time during their stay and we are constantly looking for ways to improve it's appearance the decorations and the contents. Sandy Key is a great family place with a fantastic beach and other amenities. We hope you select our condo and, have a great time at the beach.

This condo is fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice (or maybe there have been some upgrades since photos?) Regardless, we really enjoyed it and hope to come back to this exact unit next time. We have stayed in a few now and we liked this one the best - it just felt like a home; comfortable bed, comfortable furniture, amazing balcony (huge!). We enjoyed the low traffic on the beach because of the park just past the condo. And a small thing like having chairs and umbrella and boards and toys provided right downstairs is worth so much when you realize you don't have to pack or buy these things (you don't have to try to cram these odd things into your trunk!) The place was very clean, fresh, modern and neat. The owners were great to deal with; no surprises, smooth transactions on front and back end. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place in a lower traffic area of the beach. You will not be disappointed.

Our family stayed in this condo a few weeks ago and we had a wonderful experience. It was beautiful and very well decorated. The kitchen was well furnished. The owner was very kind and even called to check on us after we arrived. The use of the beach toys was just an added bonus and such a nice gesture. And the view...amazing!! We will definitely be back!

Thank you for sharing your Condo with my family. It was very clean and the furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great, and we just loved having just a few steps to the beach. My two sons ages 13 and 16 really enjoyed Coach Mike with the daily activities that they had scheduled everyday from beach volleyball, water volleyball and baseball. We would definitely return here. Your on the 8th floor, just across from the elevator, and loved having a full size washer and dryer. Most places we have rented from had a stackable. And we have come every year for 21 years.

Thank you again Sandra and Jay. My husband made a comment it was the best vacation we have ever taken. We have been coming to Perdido Key for 14 years and that says a lot. My kids had a great time in the pool meeting and playing with other families. We felt like we were home. The location was superb! If you want famly time and a chance to let the rest of the world wait while you catch your breath this is the perfect place. I would also like to invite owners to Arkansas to see and visit our beautiful White River and Norfork & Bull Shoals Lake. It is a smaller body of water but still beautiful too! Come one and all to the best place on Perdido Key!

What a wonderful condo!!! This condo was a perfect get away for our family. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was perfect. The stainless appliances and granite countertops were a plus. The flat screen TVs in every room were great. All of the kids were able to watch what they wanted at night. We will definately be returning for years to come!

The condo was as nice as it appears online. A very nice condo and the balacny was the best with sunrises and sunsets. Had the weather been warmer it was nice to have the beach supplies in the storage area downstairs. I would go back.
