  I'm so glad that I chose Sandy Key for our girls getaway. This unit is on the 4th floor, Tower 1 of 3. You step out of the elevator and it's literally steps to your unit!! The complex is well maintained and I noticed several people working on the grounds while we were there. I love the fact that 1 of the 2 pools is heated-with a restroom centrally located in Tower 2-so convenient. We rented the beach loungers/umbrellas for the weekend-again, so convenient. The condo is beautifully decorated-you won't be disappointed. We stocked up on food/drinks @ Publix on our way in. There are other major chain stores in the area as well. Several restaurants in the area as well. Perdido Key has long been one of my favorite beaches-and I think I've now found my favorite condo! Thank you Sandra and Jay for such a smooth transaction from start to finish.

  We planned our trip pretty late in the spring. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating and easier to work with. The condo, right on the beach and on the fourth floor of Sandy Key, could not have been more ideal for a dad, daughter and granddaughter vacation. First of all, the building was full but I couldn’t get over how quiet our unit was. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The grocery and drug store are just down the street and there are two golf courses within a mile. The area has plenty of places to eat. But in the unit itself we all felt very much at home. I’ve been lots of place but I would definitely come back here.

  All the previous reviews are spot-on. The condo is squeaky clean and the owners have focused on so many comfy, homey details than I can't list them all. That view from the balcony is utterly unforgettable (seriously, you can't get enough of it from the 4th floor location less than half a football field from the waters edge). Sandra and Jay were an easy delight to work with ... from the time we booked last January until getting our deposit returned lightning-fast with a nice hand-written letter thanking us for our stay ... can't ask for better than that! Sandy Key (the condo complex itself) is a gated, beautifully landscaped property that's well-run and has all the right amenities. It doesn't feel pretentious, yet has two pools, an outdoor hot tub, beach-side picnic and sitting areas, and a workout room that overlooks the gulf. Best of all, it's the last complex before a US national park - Gulf Islands National Seashore - which lies immediately to the east. I was able to hop on the elevator (just across from the front door of our condo) and be on the beach in less than three minutes. This building is the last one on the east. Strolling down the beach you'll pass six beach houses, one final high-rise, then nothing but undeveloped national beach for the next several miles. Such a treasure, so close, and ... those unforgettable sunrises! In a word - perfect.

  This was our first time staying here and in Perdido Key. What a wonderful place. The condo was so nice, clean and comfortable. It was just like being at home. All the extras comforts you could ask for. And Perdido Key is such a nice, quite area. We practically had the beach to ourselves. But Pensacola and Orange Beach are just minutes away. The owners are so excellent to deal with and very helpful. They really take care of this property and treat you like family. I would recommend to anyone and have already recommended it to family.

  This condo is fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice (or maybe there have been some upgrades since photos?) Regardless, we really enjoyed it and hope to come back to this exact unit next time. We have stayed in a few now and we liked this one the best - it just felt like a home; comfortable bed, comfortable furniture, amazing balcony (huge!). We enjoyed the low traffic on the beach because of the park just past the condo. And a small thing like having chairs and umbrella and boards and toys provided right downstairs is worth so much when you realize you don't have to pack or buy these things (you don't have to try to cram these odd things into your trunk!) The place was very clean, fresh, modern and neat. The owners were great to deal with; no surprises, smooth transactions on front and back end. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place in a lower traffic area of the beach. You will not be disappointed.

  Our family stayed in this condo a few weeks ago and we had a wonderful experience. It was beautiful and very well decorated. The kitchen was well furnished. The owner was very kind and even called to check on us after we arrived. The use of the beach toys was just an added bonus and such a nice gesture. And the view...amazing!! We will definitely be back!

  Thank you for sharing your Condo with my family. It was very clean and the furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great, and we just loved having just a few steps to the beach. My two sons ages 13 and 16 really enjoyed Coach Mike with the daily activities that they had scheduled everyday from beach volleyball, water volleyball and baseball. We would definitely return here. Your on the 8th floor, just across from the elevator, and loved having a full size washer and dryer. Most places we have rented from had a stackable. And we have come every year for 21 years.

  Thank you again Sandra and Jay. My husband made a comment it was the best vacation we have ever taken. We have been coming to Perdido Key for 14 years and that says a lot. My kids had a great time in the pool meeting and playing with other families. We felt like we were home. The location was superb! If you want famly time and a chance to let the rest of the world wait while you catch your breath this is the perfect place. I would also like to invite owners to Arkansas to see and visit our beautiful White River and Norfork & Bull Shoals Lake. It is a smaller body of water but still beautiful too! Come one and all to the best place on Perdido Key!

  What a wonderful condo!!! This condo was a perfect get away for our family. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was perfect. The stainless appliances and granite countertops were a plus. The flat screen TVs in every room were great. All of the kids were able to watch what they wanted at night. We will definately be returning for years to come!
