If you are looking for a high quality place to stay on the beach with incredible balcony views close to the surf line and want luxury accommodations with 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a perfect location in Orange Beach with shopping right across the street then look no further.
The property features a master bedroom with king size bed and high premium high quality linens. You can take in views of the ocean even while you are sitting on your bed! This room also boasts a 26" Flat Screen TV with built in DVD and high end fan/light with remote control for both fan and light. The master suite also boasts a private bathroom that is huge! It includes walk in closet double vanity, over size shower and a large jetted tub.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen and Twin bed with 26" Flat Screen TV with built in DVD, high end fan/light with remote control for both fan and light. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom. In one of the rooms we have even included an Xbox 360 High Def Game system with two remote controls and a selection of games.
There is a queen size sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional people.
Also provided is a pack n' play and high chair for the little ones in your group.
The full-size kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. We encourage our guests to let us know if there is anything we have missed! Appliances include: dishwasher, double sink, stove, microwave and large side by side fridge freezer with ice dispenser and chilled filtered water.
The Dining area has a large dining table that seats 8 and also offers a separate wet bar with Ice Maker and Sink. And of course a blender and lots of glasses are also provided!
The family room offers great ocean views and comfortable seating. A 32” flat screen TV with surround sound system along with a DVD video library is provides evening entertainment.
As a huge bonus for our guests we also provide 4 high quality, high back, beach chairs and 2 umbrellas to keep you in the shade. Also included is a beach cart to get all of this gear down to the beach. Also provided are some kid’s toys. Best of all you have external storage for all of this.

Why the Owner Chose The Enclave
Treva and I spent a lot of time looking for the right place at the beach. After taking a look at many Condos in the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area we found what we were looking for at the Enclave. Key for us was 4th floor, great views and lot's of space.

We love our trips down to the condo. Most of the time we come down off season to make improvments and repairs. Our two boys love the indoor pool.

My family and I have stayed in many condos over the last 15 years but this unit is the largest and the nicest of them all. We arrived in a terrible storm and faced cloudy cool days but enjoyed everything that this unit and its amenities had to offer. We had great views from the balcony and had a great heated indoor pool. I was able to use my computer with the wireless network and able to cook great meals and relax before HUGE LCD TV's. Every bedroom had its own private bath and the master bath had a great jucuzzi. Treva called and inquired about our needs and if we had any problems or questions. She was a gem to work with and we had a great relaxing vacation. I highly recommend Enclave #402. Thank you so much for the loan of your beautiful home. It is a perfect place to catch up with lifelong friends and make a new one. The location is great! Restaurants close by and grocery store across from the condo. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a great bonus. We all loved the third bathroom. We are already talking about next years trip!!

Ideal location! Everything regarding description was accurate. Ate at a different restaurant everyday. Go to visitor information first, lots of flyers and coupons. Had breakfast and one other meal in the condo everyday. Steamers at San Roc Cay Marina had Red shrimp in season plus snow crab with all the fixin's. Mikee's , 25 years in business makes everything from scratch. Located behind Reds Ribs in Orange Beach on highway 59. Freshest oyster around. Lambert's Cafe "home of the throwed rolls" in Foley, Al a fun place to go if you have about a hour to wait. Alligator Alley in Summerdale,Al fun for whole family . Everyone can hold an alligator. Seasonal feeding times. Dolphin cruise at Bear Point Marina includes discounted meal at Flippers Seafood & Oyster Bar. Seen several dolphins riding the waves between our boats. We took several pictures. Take water, snacks,and lots of sunscreen. Some people wore swimming suit with coverups. Check out Fort Morgan, then ride the ferry to Dauphin Island $5.00 a person round trip. The Esturaium on Dauphin Island is an Aquarium and lab studying all of the waters ways. Easy walk from ferry. Can also take Town Shuttle for $1.00 (.50 for seniors) get a ride all around the island and info about great lunch place. Don't miss the last ferry. Went to the " Track " mainly for Go-karts at night. but check out their point system you may want to go in the daytime. Went on beach everyday, since it was 99 plus all week headed to beach late afternoon til about 6:00 or 7:00 A couple nights til 8:00. Had 3 year old and 8 year plus 6 adults and we all had a great time. USS Alabama and USS Drum Battleship memorial park in Mobile, Al was our last stop on the way home to St. Louis, MO. very humbling.

Being this was our first trip to Orange Beach, I couldn't have been more pleased. The unit itself was perfect, much larger than I expected and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were huge and each had it's own bathroom. The view from the balcony was incredible! I wouldn't have changed a thing! and Treva was wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be back!

This is our second year vacationing at Orange Beach and it just gets better and better. LOVED the condo. Ideal location. Last year we were a drive to the grocery,etc. This condo is right across from Publix, Cafe Beignet (which we ate at 4 mornings) and lots of other shops. The beach was perfectly maintained. We will definetely be back. Treva was so easy to work with and everything went very smoothly. We stopped by another large condo complex just to see what they were like and the condos were not nearly as nice as The Enclave. Don't let the big complex lead you on...

Our stay at your pretty condo was very enjoyable. You had everything we needed to make us comfortable. The six of us range in ages from 75 to 80 and have been friends for over 40 years. A trip to the beach together has been made many times during these years. The location is great for us and we liked the privacy the condo provided. Thanks for letting us use it. Marvin and I have been married for 57 years, Jack and Ann married for 58, and Barbara and Norris for 59 years. So we are probably a little different from your usual guest. But we are young at heart. There were 6 adults and 3 children and it was very roomy and provided plenty of comfort. The condo is near so many great restuarants and winn dixie is right across the road. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone's vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful stay during the week of July 3-10. The condo was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had room to relax, play games, read, or just rest. The children enjoyed the beach, pools, and of course, the "x-box". The weather was great and the beach was good (despite the oil). It was a very relaxing stay. Hope to return again soon.

Great condo. Very clean and stylish. Loved the fluffy towels and soft linens. The beach cart with chairs and umbrella was a real plus. We were really impressed with the security. A wonderful time was had by all of us. It was such a pleasure to deal with Treva.
