Interior designed with silks brought back from India by the owner: marble floors and marble walled bathrooms; large traditional kitchen with terracotta floor. Eco-efficient solar powered under floor heating/hot water, air-conditioning; Villeroy & Boch bathrooms with massage showers. Large shaded balconies, pergolas and patios, including external dining area overlooking private 10m x 5m pool.

The south-facing panorama to mountains, Mediterranean, Marbella, Morocco and more mountains is more than just stunning. Quiet, and within a gated secure community, yet less than 10 minutes drive from beach, village amenities and within 15 minutes of Marbella/Peurto Banus. The owner is an acclaimed golf writer/photographer, and can arrange discounts for golf along the coast.
We can provide catering in-house if you want to hold a party or dinner party effortlessly. We also do weddings and particularly welcome groups of golfers, who can drive buggies direct to the 8th tee of Marbella Golf, playing (if preferred) their rounds from 8th tee to 7th green by arrangement with the club.
A mandatory minimum of 2 hrs maid service per working weekday (additional hours possible), electricity and telephone, plus cleaning & laundry on departure (all at cost are) charged as extras. The rent quoted also excludes 75 euro manager's check-in check-out fee, charged only once regardless of how many weeks you stay. Fully serviced, all-in, including half/full board with top quality cuisine and daily/live-in maid services, from €4,700pw, depending on the number of people staying in the house and the details of the service you would like us to provide. We can also include limousine service, cultural tours, cooking/ art/ photography/ film courses.
Surcharge of 7.5% of total rent, if at any time during your holiday the number of guests staying overnight, or different number of beds used, exceeds 8.

Why do we now charge all expenses as extras? The difficult economic circumstances mean that many of our tenants wish to keep their holiday costs to a minimum. A fixed charge (included within the rent) to cover the costs of utilities and cleaning unfairly penalises smaller groups and/or those who leave the villa very tidy and use small amounts of electricity and gas (because a fixed charge would inevitably be more than what we would charge for a house returned to us clean, especially if there has been low electricity & gas usage). Equally, with a fixed allowance priced into the rent, those who leave the house in a less tidy condition are (effectively) being subsidised by the 'leave it all clean' guys. Hence we now charge for all these items at cost, because it is i) fairer on everyone and ii) encourages everyone to leave Las Colinas as clean as possible.

- Private Pool: Our large pool adjoins the terracotta terrace by the villa, and is normally open from May until October, but may, at guests' expense, be heated at other times.

- But there is something else quite exceptional about our villa... It features a beautiful garden from formal planting around the villa, the garden gradually transforms into the natural landscape of the olive-strewn hillside campo and a private jacuzzi also with stunning views. Up to 10 can massage their bodies with water, and minds with sunset cocktails, looking south-west to the sea from the rustic spa deck… The summerhouse can be used for outdoor catering with an adjacent pergola-covered patio for al-fresco eating. The whole area is enhanced by wild plants and herbs, stunningly illuminated at night.

- Pet Friendly: Pets by arrangement (additional cleaning charges may apply).
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): The lower floor is directly accessible from the garage. A wheelchair may be pushed up a paved path leading to the ground floor, but this would require a strong pusher. Access direct to the ground floor by buggy would be possible by arrangement with the golf club. The TV room on the ground floor could be used as a bedroom. The guest cloakroom adjoins this room.
