An exceptionally large garden, running to some 2 acres, with a secluded jacuzzi deck, adjoins olive groves overlooking Robert Trent Jones' Marbella Golf course.
The south-facing panorama to mountains, Mediterranean, Marbella, Morocco and more mountains is more than just stunning. Quiet, and within a gated secure community, yet less than 10 minutes drive from beach, village amenities and within 15 minutes of Marbella/Peurto Banus. The owner is an acclaimed golf writer/photographer, and can arrange discounts for golf along the coast.
We can provide catering in-house if you want to hold a party or dinner party effortlessly. We also do weddings and particularly welcome groups of golfers who can drive buggies direct to the 12th tee of Marbella Golf, playing (if preferred) their rounds from 12th tee to 11th green by arrangement with the club.

- Private Hot Tub: One of the several exceptional features of the villa is the rustic jacuzzi deck. Here you may bask all day, or perhaps most romantically with a sunset cocktail... But this works for larger groups: our multi-massage spa is huge, taking up to 10, with floodlighting of adjoining trees dimmed to your preference.
- Private Pool: Our large pool adjoins the terracotta terrace by the villa, and is normally open from May until October, but may, by arrangement, be heated at other times.

- Golf Course Front: A major feature of the villa is that is only a wedge over an olive grove from the 12th tee of Robert Trent Jones' Marbella Golf course, which may be accessed on foot or by buggy, and, by arrangement with the club (with which we have exceedingly close links), you may play your round from the 12th tee to 11th green, if you prefer.

- But there is something else quite exceptional about our villa... It features a huge garden (over 2 acres, created in early 2008 by a leading international garden designer) with the theme ‘Transition to Wilderness’: from formal planting around the villa, the garden gradually transforms into the natural landscape of the olive-strewn hillside campo. Within this oasis lie secluded lawns partially shaded by olive and cork trees, very private sunbathing areas (unseen, yet with wide-reaching views) and, had there been such an award, what must have been Marbella’s ‘Jacuzzi of the Year, 2008’. Up to 10 can massage their bodies with water, and minds with sunset cocktails, looking south-west to the sea from the rustic spa deck… The summerhouse can be used for outdoor catering with an adjacent pergola-covered patio for al-fresco eating. The whole area is enhanced by wild plants and herbs, stunningly illuminated at night. No other villa in Marbella offers the same features.

- Pet Friendly: Pets by arrangement (additional cleaning charges may apply).
- Handicapped Accessible: THe lower floor is directly accessible from the garage. A wheelchair may be pushed up a paved path leading to the ground floor, but this would require a strong pusher. Access direct to the ground floor by buggy would be possible by arrangement with the golf club. The TV room on the ground floor could be used as a bedroom. The guest cloakroom adjoins this room.

- Kid Friendly: Kids love our garden (enclosed by fences or walls), but please note that the swimming pool is not fenced off from the house and is used only at guests' own risk.
