I have stayed in this home for three years in a row and am certainly hoping to make it a fourth. Our first visit included brining three teenage boys who also loved our vacation. With the availability of amenities and sightseeing options so close to our private escape the balance was perfect. We attended Diamondbacks games and shopped and at the end of our journies we were able to come home and relax in air conditioned comfort or the privacy of the luxurious backyard and pool. The photos certainly depict the property and its beauty and access to the owner's was instant and always courteous and helpful. Not only would I recommend this property to my family and friends but since my family vacation, I have had the pleasure of enjoying my "personal escape" with my sisters for a girls' trip. It really is my annual getaway from reality.

I have vacationed at this property for 3 years in a row now and plan to go again this year. Each time I have enjoyed the house and private backyard. My family goes for a week just to relax and get away from stress and this house lets us do just that. It is spacious with ample room for visiting together or for quiet alone time, whatever our needs are. We enjoy watching movies in the air conditioned house or lounging in the backyard in the pool or hot tub. We have also enjoyed many bbq's and have very much utilized the large kitchen. It is our home away from home.

Not worth the money

This property appears to be suffering from profound and long-term neglect. The level of cleanliness was bordering on abysmal. Cobwebs, dirty microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven, toilets, pantry, cabinets, dishwasher all required cleaning before we could move our belongings in and use the facilities. The HVAC system was not maintained and this resulted in no heat in the downstairs zone. The plugged filter and dusty duct work resulted in very poor air quality throughout the house. There was no salt in the softener rendering it inoperative. There was a multitude of burned out light bulbs, including the front porch light fixture which contained a birds nest. There were safety issues in the guest bathroom that potentially could cause injury due to broken glass. The upstairs toilet was sluggish and the downstairs would not clear solid waste. There was issue with the cable/internet coax that caused failure of tv and internet service. We had to alter our plans on three separate days to allow access for HVAC/Cable/security system technicians. The owner lives 1700 miles away with no local surrogate and cannot keep abreast of maintenance and repairs. With the rental asking rate plus a cleaning fee, one deserves much better than this.

We stayed in this home for a week in November 2010. Four adults and our 12 year old daughter. The home exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Pool area was beautiful and so relaxing and a great private backyard, very quiet. Went for walks every morning in a very nice neighborhood. About a 20 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. What a great end of day drive back to this awesome home. Knowing we were away from the busy city. Would go back again!
