The property is just 25 minutes to Manhattan by car. Buses and trains are also available till 12:30am. This property is newly constructed, has hardwood floors and is immaculate.

The cost of living in New Jersey is affordable to Manhattan rentals and you also enjoy the spaciousness of the house. A great backyard with wooden table, wick furniture and cushions, immaculately maintained home.

Comes with full house ADT Security. Codes available during rental time. Updated with every new rental.

A HD Television with HD Channels are available to guests. Also carries and HD/DVD Player.

A New (Oct.1 2007) LG, (top-of-the-line) washer/dryer is now available with all the modern features and controls for use.

You can also park your car at Harrison/Newark NJ, and take a Path Train into Downtown Manhattan or Midtown Manhattan. Parking costs $4.50/per day. Path train costs $1.50 per person one way. These trains run 24 hours.

Driving into Manhattan can be done via Holland Tunnel, Midtown Tunnel and GW Bridge.
