Brick home nestled in quiet community directly on Emerald Green Cove with access to Lake Seminole. Bring your boat and park it in the covered dock. A short 5 minutes ride up the canal puts you on beautiful Lake Seminole. Lake Seminole is known for excellent Bass fishing and with Wingate's Lunker Lodge/Marina around the corner, launching is convenient. You may want to enter one of their many fishing tournaments.

If you love wildlife, you will see it here. Located 20 minutes from Bainbridge where the town square offers antique shops, and other home town unique stores. A short drive to Tallahassee, Florida where you will find two malls for shopping and dozens of restaurants. Neighborhood is excellent for bike riding or an evening stroll.
