The Nautilus is located on Okaloosa Island, directly on the beach, no streets to cross here! This is a beautiful 2/bedroom 2/bath condo (sleeps 6-8)and has all the extras to make your stay an enjoyable one. The master bedroom (with a king size bed) has floor to ceiling sliding doors which open onto the balcony, and a double vanity in the bath area. Each room has it's own cable TV. Plus, there is a WASHER and DRYER in the condo. This condo is a NO SMOKING unit.
The kitchen is very spacious and it has a separate under the counter ice maker (so you always have ice for your cooler.) If you like to travel with your computer........ you will love that this condo has High Speed Internet. Plus, the condo has a 40" Sony LCD TV. The guestroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The complex has a very nice solar heated pool. The Nautilus is about ten minutes from the airport, and close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, etc. Please contact me right away to book your up-coming vacation.

NO worries about the oil spill ... We stayed at this condo last week (Aug 28-Sep 4), and the beaches were GREAT. To be honest, we were a little worried about the oil spill. However, the beaches were clean, no oil in the water, and no smell. We are so happy we kept our reservations! This is the fourth year in a row we have stayed at this particular condo, and as usual, everything was perfect! We are already looking forward to our fifth year here in 2011.

This is a great place for families to stay. We felt right a home, the condo has a nice balcony with a table and chairs(nice for coffee in the morning). It was nice to be able to cook and do laundry if we wanted. We found the Nautilus to be very quiet and very clean. The condo is gulf-side but has a great view of the beach. We had a few cool days, but had plenty to do the Ft. Walton beach area is a great location. We went on a day trip to Pensacola to Naval Museum, and to Panama City beach to Ripleys(my kids loved the 4D theater. We loved walking the beach and kids played endlessly in sand(plenty of boogie boards,buckets, kite, chairs ) The beach is gorgeous. Ft. Walton beach has a fishing pier and several beachside restaurants with playground equipment. Thanks to the owners of the condo for keeping rates reasonable and for sharing their condo. Thanks to Tara(takes care of renting condo) she was great to work with and always helpful and answered all my questions. My son appreciated having WiFi so he could still play internet games and keep in touch with his friends. Thanks again!

The Condo had everything...well stocked kitchen for cooking...Even an under the counter Ice Maker...We never ran out of ice. There were beach toys & chairs. The high speed internet was great..found free Florida post cards on-line to send to friends back home. The beds were comfortable. The washer & dryer came in handy. Every morning & late afternoon, we sat on the balcony watching the boats, ocean waves, & dolphins! We were close to Old Fort Walton Beach & minutes from Destin. We spent a half-day Deep Sea Fishing, rented Waive Runners, went on a Dolphin Cruise, had a splended dinner at Harbor Docks Restaurant that over looked the harbor, went to the beach & pool at the condo every day, Old Fort Walton Beach had quante mom & pop specialty stores & restaurants,went to Panama City one day...I could go on. However, you need to come, stay at the Nautilus, & make vacation memories of your own.
