This Old House...has been converted into just 5 condominiums and is located in one of Key West's most attractive and convenient historic neighborhoods. Key West is pretty flat and great for walking, jogging and biking! The harbor boats and fishing are close. Stroll, too on your leisurely quest for great dining (or bar hopping!) and fun shopping. It's easy to get to neighborhood markets, the library, post office and our sophisticated cineplex.

Attractive surfaces of hardwood, painted pine, granite and travertine reveal themselves in lots of natural light. There's a small pool in the back brick patio for a quick dip. The gas grill's there under the palms. I'm happy to offer this ground-floor unit to quiet laid-back folk. In respect for the 'locals' (my full-time owner/neighbors), this unit is offered for a minimum of 28 days at a time.

I would highly recommend this ground floor condo for one or two people. It is upscale, beautifully decorated, clean, and very well appointed. It is conveniently located just two blocks from Duval Street and close to waterfront, restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, antique shops, and a well-stocked grocery store. Although close to all the action, the neighborhood is quiet. We stayed here and had an excellent experience walking everywhere - if you enjoy walking, you could easily stay here without need of a car. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Great experience!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.
