Quaint...Quiet...Simple!

We had a VERY relaxing early November stay at the see dolphin...just what the doctor ordered. The cottage is situated just off the beach, but close enough to wake to the undulating sound of the surf...ahhh...I wish I was there right now. The house itself is simple and cute...(although I found the master bed luxuriously comfortable--I slept like a baby!) and has all the important things in life...Hammock, outdoor swing, and dining area...And best of all--beach bikes.--nothing like an impromptu ride thought the neighborhood. We really enjoyed ourselves and were sad to leave. Thank you Amiee

sisters on vacation

My 5 sisters, 1 niece and myself had a wonderful stay at this beach property! We all slept comfortably and the outside shower made the one-bath situation much easier. The beach is just a short distance down a paved sidewalk, then a short distance across the dunes. We went to publix for our main food needs and saved a lot of money. This was much better for us than 2 hotel rooms and a lot more economical!! We plan to do it again next year. We also greatly enjoyed the hammock and the patio area. Even had a close up view of the Triathalon events.

Quaint beach house

This house is literally steps away from the beach. It's got everything could need! Plenty of everything! It's perfect ESP for the price!! You can't beat it!! We plan on renting this house again and again. We love Pensacola, we loved the house, and we loved amiee!

My Pensacola Vacation

The house was a perfect beach house! With two pre-teens, it was the perfect place to come home from the beach with it's outside shower and bikes and games available. We had a great time and would definitely choose this home again!

WE HAVE RENTED THIS PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. THE OWNER HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY ACCOMODATING AND CONSIDERATE. THE LOCATION & HOUSE IS GREAT. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING ON THE BEACH. THE BEACH ITSELF IS VERY EASY AND FAST TO ACCESS. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Owner response:I love repeat guests. There are several groups that have been returning over a 5 year period. Some more than once a year! Come see what makes them return year after year.

We had a wonderful visit. Everything was just perfect. The beach was incredible, we will definitely return. This really beats a boring hotel. There is everything here for our comfort!

We stayed at this Cozy Cottage Oct 9 - 11, 2010. This is the most perfect place to go to get away from it all! It is very comfortable and you could want for nothing! They have everything supplied for you, just like home. They thought of everything! You can tell they personally spend time there for sure. Mrs. Amiee is wonderful to deal with and is very gracious to share her piece of paradise with us! We are looking forward to our next visit, hoping for sooner than later! Thank you Mrs. Amiee!!
