Relax in comfort 30 feet from beautiful Burntside Lake. Nestled among white birch and pine trees, this renovated cabin sits on over 3 acres of land with 200 feet of shoreline.
Most of the 1,000+ square feet of the cabin's main floor is paneled in knotty pine. The living room and eating area have large windows overlooking a large expanse of Burntside Lake. The living room has a large, wood-burning fireplace and sliding doors to a wrap-around deck. The main floor includes two bedrooms, bath, den, living room with adjoining eating area, kitchen and mud room.
Accessible from a separate outside entrance, the half basement houses a cedar-paneled sauna, washer & dryer, extra refrigerator and storage space for fishing and boating gear.
The original cabin was constructed approximately 60 years ago with two subsequent additions. In 2002 the cabin was completely renovated and updated. The tasteful furnishings include a few selected pieces that have been in the cabin for decades.
Watch & listen to loons and ducks swim by. Shoreline is roughly east-west at the cabin, permitting views of sun rises and sun sets from the dock.
If you're lucky, you can view the Aurora Borealis at night.

Our one week stay at this cabin could not have been better. The cabin was exactly as described. It was beautifully furnished and the view of the lake from inside the cabin as well as from the deck was magnificent. We would return in the future without a second thought. It was very clean and well maintained. We felt like we were staying at our own cabin on the lake.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
