This house is in a great spot on the bay for fishing and dolphin watching. The house itself needs to be thoroughly cleaned and better maintained. This was our first time renting for vacation but would not rent this particular house again.
Owner response:I spoke with this guest after his stay and got a list of items that needed attention at The Beach House. Many of the items were minor maintenance issues that we rely on our renters to tell us about because if they don't tell us, then we don't know! All of the issues are being taken care of. My housekeeping supervisor has been made aware of the cleaning issues that this guest found and they are being addressed as well. We take all guest complaints seriously and try to improve things for future guests. The Beach House has had many happy guests this summer and continues to be a great home to rent!
