Built in 2006 and professionally decorated, our villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as our own.
Perfect choice for entire family, our home comprises 1 king master bedroom with ensuite full bath, 1 queen master bedroom with ensuite full bath, 1 double bedroom + 1 twin bedroom sharing a full bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs/Cable/DVD and you will find hairdryers in every bathroom.
Spacious and luxuriously furnished living space, with tiled floors throughout open areas. The living room is bright and airy, luxuriously fitted with comfortable seating and state of the art 42" LCD Cable TV/DVD and a large selection of family and children movies. A fully equipped kitchen,breakfast nook and dining area. Separate study/TV room with writing desk, sofa bed, Cable TV/DVD, compliemntary WIFI.
Pack light and use our laundry room with washer & dryer, iron + board.
We also cater to babies by providing complimentary use of cot/playpen, highchair and stroller and lots of toys. And for their safety there is a mesh screen fence to be used around the pool.

Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, one mile south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Walt Disney World Resorts and the Disney inspired town of Celebration. Easy 35 minute drive from Orlando Intl Airport, 25 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive.
Shop till you drop at Florida Mall, Millenia Mall, Premium Outlets & Prime Outlets, all within an easy 25 minute drive. And the new Posner Park Mall just opened in summer 2008 is a quick 7 minute drive south on Hwy 27.
Restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets, service stations are all located very close to our community. A 24 hour Walmart SuperCenter is located approximately 4 minutes. North on US 27. A Publix Supermarket, medical clinic, great Chinese, Indian + pizza takeout and family restaurants are all located approximately 2 minutes South on US 27 within the Berry Town Center. Golf courses are located within a 2-5 minute drive.

I had a great stay at this wonderful place and was amazed at all the amenities that were available. I didn't want for anything else or can I think of anything I would add to make my stay better than it was. Everything that I can imagine was provided. It was a great value that I would not hesitate to experience again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Our search for the right place to stay when visiting Disney is over- your villa is by far the best we've stayed in! The kids loved the pool, toys and TVs! would love to stay longer and not looking forward to the long drive home but we'll be back. See you real soon!

Villa Bermudiana has been a fantastic base for us on our Florida holiday. In many ways we would like to have spent more time here- but the parks were beckoning! The beautiful surroundings of the villa have been a haven for ur - we have really appreciated the care and thought gone into making this a wonderful holiday home. The boys have loved the gamesroom- so have we! We would love to visit again.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, ages 6 and 9. This was our first visit to Florida/Disney World and we absolutely loved it! The house was beyond our expectations in the way of size and in the way of everything available to us. (Laundry, Internet, Size, Cleanliness, Location, Pool, Comfort.... you name it!) Having the screened in pool took it from a perfect spot, to an amazingly perfect place. The pool, combined with the games room, video games and TV's in every room, took our experience above and beyond even though we were away at the parks a lot of the times. The house was clean and organized and again had everything we needed and then some! It was also very conveniently located for shopping and most importantly Disney World! With the hot weather and the short drive to the parks, we were able to visit the parks in the morning, come back to the house to eat and swim in the afternoon and return to the parks in the early evening! (Saved us money too!) Equally Important, the home owner Maria's customer service went above and beyond any encounter I have had to date. She has been nothing but accommodating, warm and friendly since my first communication with her. We stayed for 9 days at the beginning of June and are already making plans to come back next year! I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much we loved your home. We have rented homes in Orlando for the past 8 years and we just loved yours. Aside from a brand new one that we stayed at in Windsor Hills yours has been the cleanest by far. I love how the grout in the showers was not moldy and the base boards were clean. We really enjoyed staying there and wish we could rent it for 3 months next year but unfortunetly that would be out of budget. I love how it backs to the pine trees and orange trees. It was so peaceful. I also loved the office although I worked too hard as you had such a nice set up. Everything was wonderful! Thanks,
