We felt like we were staying in the biggest, nicest hotel suite imaginable at an extremely reasonable price. It wasn't just the layout, but also the amenities (a plethora of towels, fully stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, the game room, pool toys. The list goes on). 6 adults and 3 kids were very comfortable with the large central living space (cathedral ceilings) and bedrooms spread out. There is an additional study/den that we never even went into. The game room is removed so the kids could make as much noise as they wanted. The living room opens on to the covered deck, and then the pool, so it was easy to monitor the kids and still hangout with everyone. Do note that, at least for us, the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool which was a fine temperature for swimming, but was not a "hot" tub. This did not bother us. We figured that was just by design as the hot tub water flows into the pool via a little water fall. It was still comfortable and it made for a great kiddy pool. The place is about a 15 minute drive to the edge of Disney so it felt like an oasis or retreat from that whole fun, but over the top scene. There was a supermarket and other shops across the road from the development. We had Italian and Indian food delivered two of the nights. In every way, staying here was better than staying at a hotel. Lots of space, very comfortable. I can't imagine there being a nicer rental available. I can't recommend this house enough.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We visited Villa Bermudiana for five days, and it was not long enough of a stay! Home away from home doesn't do this place any justice. This was the most well-equipped villa we've ever visited, full of every amenity you can imagine. Between four adults and three children, we thoroughly enjoyed the gameroom and the ample space. The layout is fabulous, and it appears as though no expense was spared! We had a slight problem with the pool/spa heating; however, the property manager, Steve, diligently attempted to resolve it and was very prompt, just as Maria was with all of her correspondences. The care and concern for their guests' comfort is definitely evident. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay

Our first vacation to Orlando was wonderful, part in thanks to your terrific villa. With 3 teenagers there was something for everyone. Very clean & lots of extras! Very close to our destinations of Universal & Discovery Cove. This house was perfect in every way!

It was our first stay in Florida and we really enjoyed our full 2 weeks of holiday. Your villa was better, cleaner, bigger, extremely well equipped than we could ever dream of. Worth every penny....thank you and we hope to come back.

Spending a couple of weeks in your beautiful, wonderfully furnished and spacious home is a great way for Canadians to take a break from their countrys somewhat less clement weather. We especially enjoyed your warm and screened swimming pool. It more than compensated for being so far from the beach. The proximity to first rate stores and restaurants was a much appreciated extra bonus.

With this stay being our third time being here in your beautiful home, you might get the impression that we like here - well you are wrong, we LOVE IT HERE. It has everything we could ever want and imagine. If we are able to come again next year we sure hope we will be able to stay here. This has become our home away from home.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, ages 6 and 9. This was our first visit to Florida/Disney World and we absolutely loved it! The house was beyond our expectations in the way of size and in the way of everything available to us. (Laundry, Internet, Size, Cleanliness, Location, Pool, Comfort.... you name it!) Having the screened in pool took it from a perfect spot, to an amazingly perfect place. The pool, combined with the games room, video games and TV's in every room, took our experience above and beyond even though we were away at the parks a lot of the times. The house was clean and organized and again had everything we needed and then some! It was also very conveniently located for shopping and most importantly Disney World! With the hot weather and the short drive to the parks, we were able to visit the parks in the morning, come back to the house to eat and swim in the afternoon and return to the parks in the early evening! (Saved us money too!) Equally Important, the home owner Maria's customer service went above and beyond any encounter I have had to date. She has been nothing but accommodating, warm and friendly since my first communication with her. We stayed for 9 days at the beginning of June and are already making plans to come back next year! Villa Bermudiana has been a fantastic base for us on our Florida holiday. In many ways we would like to have spent more time here- but the parks were beckoning! The beautiful surroundings of the villa have been a haven for ur - we have really appreciated the care and thought gone into making this a wonderful holiday home. The boys have loved the gamesroom- so have we! We would love to visit again.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! we had the most wonderful time staying at. your villa. It is absolutely beautiful and the perfect way to end each hectic day at Disney. I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much we loved your home. We have rented homes in Orlando for the past 8 years and we just loved yours. Aside from a brand new one that we stayed at in Windsor Hills yours has been the cleanest by far. I love how the grout in the showers was not moldy and the base boards were clean. We really enjoyed staying there and wish we could rent it for 3 months next year but unfortunetly that would be out of budget. I love how it backs to the pine trees and orange trees. It was so peaceful. I also loved the office although I worked too hard as you had such a nice set up. Everything was wonderful! Thanks,

We've had a Magical Family holiday and your bautiful villa was the icing on the cake, and a joy to come home to after a very long day. The 3 girls (9,7 & 5) needed dragging out of the pool on a night while Mum, Dad and grandparents enjoyed the spa. This really was the perfect villa!

I had a great stay at this wonderful place and was amazed at all the amenities that were available. I didn't want for anything else or can I think of anything I would add to make my stay better than it was. Everything that I can imagine was provided. It was a great value that I would not hesitate to experience again.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We have a lovely time at this rental property summer 2007. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Only 1 problem that we had with the hot tub and it not working right. The management office was slow in getting someone to check it out, but we did get a refund to compensate us for this inconvenience. The kids loved the pool and the game room! About 15 minutes from Disney parks.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We apologise for the incovenience with the hot tub. The actual problem was that the water level was low due to extremely hot June weather. It was dissapointing that this was overlooked by the previous property manager and not actioned timely. We now have a new property supervisor, and things have been running very smoothly. We were glad to refund you for this incovenience and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
