The first time i came here was just for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. When we got married what better place to spend our honeymoon?? Lakeshore cabins!! Now it is coming up on our one year anniversary and I just found out today we will be back at lakeshore cabins for a quiet anniversary weekend. When I Come to Eureka Springs I have stayed no where else but here. The people are so nice and the place is just beautiful and peaceful

We stayed here almost 2 years ago and are planning a trip back next summer with some friends. I haven't seen another cabin that compares to these. I prefer the waterfront ones, it's just a short walk to the dock where you can fish. The kitchen was beautiful. The gas was out when we got there, but we called the desk and it was fixed within 15 minutes and they were extremely polite. We rented a movie from the office and had a nice night in front of the fireplace. It's situated in the perfect cozy nook of the lake and I have nothing bad to say about it. You MUST try this place out.

We have been coming to beaver lake since 1998 and Lake Shore cabins since 2007. we usually camp in the summers and did the cabins in the fall and winter, we love these cabins so much that we will not camp anymore. anytime we come to the lake in the future we will be staying at lake shore cabins. we have been to lake shore cabins 3 times now and they are awesome. we never want to leave. this last time we arrived on new years eve and stayed until Jan. 3rd. we woke up to snow this morning and it was beautiful. yesterday we saw 41 deer. the day before we saw 2 foxes playing in the grass while we were on the deck and when leaving today we saw a bald eagle soaring very close by. this place is awesome. cabin 6 is where we have always stayed and it is our home away from home.

Spending our honeymoon here has been like a dream come true! The cozy cabin with all the special attention to detail FAR exceeded our expectations! One day we will have a cabin such as this of our own. We enjoyed every night by the fireplace and every morning overlooking the perfect view! Donna & David have a way of making you feel like family...thank you so much for your kindness. We will be back for our future anniversaries. Who knows...some day we will bring our children to share the experience. Thank you for sharing your special piece of heaven with us. It was a perfect way to start our lives together!

My wife has bugged me for three years to visit Arkansas.It just wasn't at the top of my list until I got here! I'm a metal artist from Florida and had no idea how peaceful and beautiful this area is. Historic Eureka Springs and the lake area has given me lots of new inspiration for my creative art work. I have died and went to heaven! We brought our jet skis, went diving (the water is crystal clear, motorcycle riding through the mountains, fishing with Beaver Lake Guide Gene Chapman which was a blast, morning coffee on the deck overlooking a perfect view of the lake, dinners outside on the deck each evening,(a red fox visited us for a snack each day below our deck), deer gathered out front of the cabin grazing in the nicely manicured lawn daily, romantic jacuzzi for my wife and I to reconnect, all the comforts of home were provided in our own private cabin by the lake! We absolutely love it here and have made our next years reservations! Do NOT hesitate to make your reservations here at Lake Shore Cabins! You WILL love it! We will see you there!

We have traveled all over the world and have many wonderful memories. But this particular spot is at the top of our list. The cabin is lovely, the hospitality is refreshing and the scenery is breathtaking!! We have stayed at many other cabins in Eureka Springs...but this is by far the best! I am not looking forward to leaving here and returning to "the real world"! But we will be taking precious memories with us. We will definitely be back! We would not consider staying any where else in this area! Thank you Donna & David for sharing your beautiful place with us! We love it! Gina & Hubby

We have been going to Lake Shore Cabins for many years. It is my home away from home. The clean cabins, large boat dock and friendly staff are awesome. My children have learned to ski, wakeboard, tube and have grown to adults that love the lake and cabins as much as we do. I just wish Donna would let us live there full time!!!!

Comment Text: Mary and I have stayed here for several years. Our vacation time is during the Christmas season and we thought we would try out some "cabins". What a tremendous welcome we received from the git go from Donna, David, and the entire staff. The cabins are fantastic furnished with all you could possibly imagine and more. The views spectacular, the fun, food, and shopping to be had in Eureka Springs is great! But, more important was the absolute feeling of being on vacation and feeling like you're at home. Mary and I have come to know and love Donna and David like family. They are incredible people who will do anything they possibly can to make your vaction an experience you will never forget and will want to come back again year after year. There is ABSOLUTELY no better place to stay-ANYWHERE!! Try it--I guarantee you, you will love it!

For all who are wondering…. I’ve learned to call Lake Shore Cabins my home away from home. When I vacation there is nowhere else I would rather be. My family and I have been staying at Lake Shore Cabins for many years, each stay always being a great experience with beautiful cabins, breathe taking views, and staff that’s polite and always willing to do their best to accommodate your needs. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at just about all of the cabins, each is decorated with locally found items that remind you, you are on vacation and you are at the lake! I’ve spent many days on the exclusive dock for the cabins. The dock is large enough for all of the watercrafts my family takes down and for someone to fish while others swim. Through the years we’ve met many different families and couples each vacationing for different reasons but we all have one thing in common. We love Lake Shore Cabins! I can’t wait until next spring!Thanks for being a great place!Regina Walker

We have made Lakeshore Cabins our annual relaxation (vacation) spot for many, many years. I cannot tell you how wonderfully relaxing, comforting & inviting the resort is because there are no words to describe that feeling. You HAVE to go to realize the peace you will find. Donna & David are exceptional as hosts which just adds even more to the ambiance. And downtown Eureka Springs is a meca for art lovers. I simply cannot imagine a more peaceful, tranquil & inviting place to spend a TRUE vacation. If you have never been here, you do not know what you are missing!!!!! My husband & I stayed at Lake Shore Cabins last Fall and absolutely LOVED it! They exceeded our expectations in every way. The best views, best lake access, beautifully decorated cabins with all the comforts of home, best hospitality, loved the swim deck, enjoyed just walking to the dock to meet our fishing guide...Darren caught a 32pd Striper..yeah! We have been to Eureka Springs many, many times and can't imagine staying anywhere else from now on. Don't hesitate to visit...you won't be disappointed...we might see you there!
