My wife and 2 kids really enjoyed our time here. Thanks Mike! Great place, great location, very clean. The view of the lake was great. We loved hanging out at the pool. Just a really great place to stay. A little small for a family of 4, but it worked out just fine for the week. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for everything.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Thanks Mike! We had a great time at your place, and the weather couldn't have been more perfect!! Hopefully we left it in the condition you left it for us! We had NO complaints...the location was perfect....my cousin's boat was docked right there....the accommodations were perfect and just what we needed. I was also very impressed with how clean the condo was. It was probably the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in, which is huge in my book! My girls loved the loft and the pool! We also appreciated how hospitable and accommodating you and your wife were. We will definitely come back...and will spread the news on your place! Thanks again, Libby

We just spent a week at this adorable Charlevoix condo and loved everything about it! It was in a perfect part of Charlevoix and perfect for my husband, myself and 2 little girls. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. It had the perfect amount of space for all of us...my girls loved the loft! We loved sitting on the patio looking at the fabulous view each day! The pool area was great and we had personal access to a boat in the marina, so it was very convenient. Ferry Beach and playground was about a 100 yd. walk and downtown Charlevoix was about a 15 minute walk or a very short drive with ample parking nearby. We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We just returned from a weekend in Charlevoix 6/26/10. My daughter ran the 4th annual Marathon up there. This condo suited our needs just fine although it was a little dated but clean and functional. It had a fantastic view from the balcony. The race started at the drawbridge in the center of town. So although this condo was close to town it was just a little too far to walk but definatley walkable if you had the time. The town of Charlevoix is small but quaint. We loved being in this little harbor town along the shores of Lake Michigan. The owner of this condo was easy to deal with and responded to emails. I liked that there were no extra costs like cleaning fees etc. This condo complex was so safe that he left the door open for us with the key on the table! We hope to visit again. Maybe next year for the 5th annual Marathon.
