This first floor turn key condominium is in a gated community at Pinestone in the Palmer Ranch section of Sarasota. It contains beautiful 4 year old furnishings and a tropical view off the lanai. The Pinestone community is quiet, friendly, helpful and respectful. We have bike lanes and sidewalks for walking/jogging immediately outside the complex and throughout the area. Sarasota Square Mall and Palmer Ranch Shopping Center are 1-2 miles from the complex.
We are located 15 minutes from Siesta Key beach and 20-30 minutes from St. Armands Circle, Lido beach and Longboat Key. There are numerous golf courses, parks, museums and theatres in the surrounding area. We are located 60-90 miles from Ft. Myers and Tampa which are very cultural cities. Ft.Myers also has a day trip to Key West as well as casino boats.
Tampa hosts the TB Devil Rays, TB Buccaneers and TB Lightening. Tampa is also the spring training site for the NY Yankees and Clearwater hosts the Philadelphia Phillies. We are 60-90 miles from Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens of Tampa, Epcot Center and the Everglades. Good luck with your home search and we hope it eventually ends here with us.
