Built purposefully as a ski chalet, you'll find the bedrooms are more PRIVATE than most family home rentals. This home is ideal for groups up to 24 or for adult couples looking for their privacy.

Grand View Lodge vacation rental has an OUTSTANDING LOCATION only 600 yards from the Peak 8 Ski area and BreckConnect Gondola, directly across the street from the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and 0.5 mile from the main street of town. The free shuttle stops right outside the house to take you into historic breckenridge for shopping, restaurants, or to unwind and have some fun.

UPPER LEVEL:
Mt. Tabeguache - sleeps 2 in one king bed
Sunshine Peak - sleeps 3 in one king bed and twin or 3 twin beds
Maroon Bells - sleeps 2 in one queen bed
Quandary Peak - sleeps 3 in one queen bed and one twin day bed
Mt. Shavano - sleeps 3 in one queen bed and one twin day bed
Bunk room - sleeps 2 in twin bunk beds
LOWER LEVEL:
Pikes Peak: sleeps 2 in one king bed
Pikes Peak bunk: sleeps 3 in one double bed and one twin bed bunk
Additional Option: sleeps 2 on pull out sofa in Pikes Peak

My bear stay at the Grand View Lodge was perfect. It had everything that we needed to make our stay memorable. We decided to have a big bear family reunion and this was the perfect place.
Upon entering the Grand View Lodge, we felt right at home. It has such a cozy feel to the home with beautiful décor and huge fireplace. The home was very accommodating for our large family. Even with all the rooms filled, we all felt like we had plenty of space and none of us felt crowded. The main floor bedroom was just what Great Grandmother Bear needed so she didn’t have to worry about any stairs. We loved the large table where we stayed up till the wee hours playing games. The game room was a favorite of the papa bears and bear cubs where they played foosball and pool. The kitchen was stocked full of helpful items for us when we cooked our meals in-house. The laundry room even had detergent we could use since the little cubs got every piece of clothing they had dirty. The bears with computers were pleased to find the WiFi available. After working we could relax in the jetted tub in the master bath or hot tub in the backyard.
We were very impressed by the hospitality. We found a book of information that was very helpful in deciding what we would be doing for the weekend (like the alpine slide and river walk). The mama bears had a fun time shopping at the outlet mall in Silverthorne. We found a restaurant in Breckenridge with a delicious menu. We felt extra special having a basket of goodies in each bathroom that was left for us. We also knew that we could give the owners a call at any time. The pleasant memories we made at the Grand View Lodge will be with us forever.
