Grand View Lodge is a BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS rental home nestled between the pines on Peak 8 in Breckenridge Colorado. Built purposefully as a ski chalet, you'll find the bedrooms are more PRIVATE than most family home rentals. 7 of the 8 rooms have private baths!! This home is ideal for groups up to 22 or for adult couples looking for their privacy.

My bear stay at the Grand View Lodge was perfect. It had everything that we needed to make our stay memorable. We decided to have a big bear family reunion and this was the perfect place.
Upon entering the Grand View Lodge, we felt right at home. It has such a cozy feel to the home with beautiful décor and huge fireplace. The home was very accommodating for our large family. Even with all the rooms filled, we all felt like we had plenty of space and none of us felt crowded. The main floor bedroom was just what Great Grandmother Bear needed so she didn’t have to worry about any stairs. We loved the large table where we stayed up till the wee hours playing games. The game room was a favorite of the papa bears and bear cubs where they played foosball and pool. The kitchen was stocked full of helpful items for us when we cooked our meals in-house. The laundry room even had detergent we could use since the little cubs got every piece of clothing they had dirty. The bears with computers were pleased to find the WiFi available. After working we could relax in the jetted tub in the master bath or hot tub in the backyard.
We were very impressed by the hospitality. We found a book of information that was very helpful in deciding what we would be doing for the weekend (like the alpine slide and river walk). The mama bears had a fun time shopping at the outlet mall in Silverthorne. We found a restaurant in Breckenridge with a delicious menu. We felt extra special having a basket of goodies in each bathroom that was left for us. We also knew that we could give the owners a call at any time. The pleasant memories we made at the Grand View Lodge will be with us forever.

It's been VERY DIFFICULT to readjust to normal life AFTER our awesome Breckenridge Vacation the week of July 23rd thru 30th. What a beautiful area to LIVE IN every day. If I had to move anywhere else in the USA, the Breckenridge Area of Colorado would be NUMBER ONE on my List. I will definitely be back again, probably in the next few years. On behalf of my sister and our entire Family Group, THANK YOU for all you did to make our week even more wonderful and memorable than we could imagine. We will certainly contact you in the future and refer you and Season's Dreams to friends, co-workers and other family members. About the owner: We purchased this home is May of 2007 for guests to enjoy the beauty of Breckenridge. We live in Texas, and enjoy coming to Breckenridge especially in the summer to get out of the heat. Our daughter and son-in-law manage the property from right in Breckenridge. Their company name is Season's Dreams Vacation Homes. They live and work in Breckenridge to take excellent care of our guests. They have put together special packages which makes staying in our vacation home a really easy vacation. Whether you are coming to enjoy a great family reunion, group vacation, wedding, or retreat, Shannon and JJ will take care of you. We hope that you enjoy the Grand View Lodge as much as we do.
