We have several units available at the Waikiki Banyan. Starting from the top, we have 2 side by side Ocean View Penthouses and both have been upgraded and are gorgeous one bedroom/one bath units that have stunning views toward Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park. Our city view units are similarly appointed and are available at lower rates with views of the golf couse and mountains. Just let us know what your preference is we will provide options.
Building facilities:

*Convenience Store on the first floor is open 7 am-11 pm daily. *Internet cafe with computer stations on the first floor. Wireless internet connections are available in the Condo.

On the recreational deck on the sixth floor:
*Swimming pool with lots of chairs 8 am-9 pm.
*Sauna.
*Mini-putting green.
*Two jet Jacuzzis, one hot the other hotter.
*Tennis court 8 am-6 pm. Book time at the security office on the other side of the first floor lobby.
*Samis Snack Bar 10 am-8 pm daily. All sorts of fast food and some cook to order Hawaiian plate lunches (including meats and fish).
*Electric Barbeques. Coin operated.

Since we manage more than one unit at the Waikiki Banyan, the availability calendar will reflect only those dates when all units are unavailable. If the dates are open on the calendar, we will have at least one unit available.

Ocean View Unit .. from $125/night non-peak, $175 peak, and $195 holiday peak

Add tax at 11.92%, $105 cleaning/service fee. Security Deposit required.
Minimum stay is 3 nights - longer during peak/holiday seasons.
