- Beachfront : The Isles Condominium is located ON the London Bridge Channel in Lake Havasu City, Az. with one of the few beaches on the entire lake where occupants can leave a boat moored overnight. The majority of lake users launch their water craft every day and take them out of the water each evening, which can lead to long lines at the ramps on busy weekends. This unit is located near the front gate of the complex, with easy access to Mc Culloch Blvd, and is not on the water, or the channel, but near the pool, weight room and tennis courts; thus is quiet and boat exhaust free!.

My family and I had been vacationing in lake havasu City for 25 years before we were able to purchase this desirable property. Not many Isles are ever for sale. Our guests and tenants enjoy the location and amenities as much as we do.

24/7 mooring of boats on the private beach at the Isles Condominium. Gym, pool and tennis courtrs onsite. Just about 100 yeards to the London Bridge! Same distance to great restaurants, located next to the bridge and ON the Island.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We have televisions in every room, internet Wi-Fi, along with surround sound stereo for music and movies, in the living area. After a sunny day on the lake, family members can still stay outside and enjoy the SHADED PATIO for dining or relaxing. That's HUGE in LHC, where it's regularly over 100 degrees during the summer, perfect for boating, water sports, and everyone gets enough sun by late afternoon.

This condo has everything! Updated,clean, well furnished and equipped Location excellent. Easy access to the lake and shopping and restaurants. Important for us were a comfortable king bed and extra large bathroom in the master suite, Tv's, sound system, new grill and more
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Our first year at this property and we'll come back. Winters here are fabulous! This property is clean and has easy access to everything Havasu. Located right at the Isles complex which has a beach on the London Bridge Channel.

Thanks for a great stay! The place is clean, well furnished with T.V.'s in all rooms, and a nice sound system. It's centrally located and convenient to all. This is our second winter in three years renting this townhome.
