This very comfortable second floor unit is located at Kuilima Estates West, adjacent to Turtle Bay Resort, the only resort or hotel on the North Shore of Oahu. The condo is located on the third fairway of the George Fazio Championship Golf Course and has a screened-in lanai to sit and watch the golfers or just enjoy the quiet country breezes. It is owned by a professional surfer who was raised in this wonderful North Shore community.
The upscale kitchen has been fully remodeled with beautiful hardwood cabinets and new appliances. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen bed, one twin bed, and a sleeper sofa in the loft/bedroom. Air Conditioning is available in the master bedroom and loft. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The living room has golf course views and a brand new leather sofa with ottoman.
Tennis courts and swimming pools are within the condo complex. The pool is roughly 100 yards from the front door and includes a barbeque grill and cabana. Within a short walk, you will find the immaculate Turtle Bay Resort, with facilities that include three restaurants, horseback riding, 12 miles of walking trails, snorkeling, surfing, scuba, helicopter tours, 5 miles of great beaches and sunbathing and golf on Palmer Championship course and Fazio course.
World famous surf breaks are within five miles. These include Sunset Beach, Rocky Point, Pipeline and Waimea Bay. Polynesian Cultural Center is a 5 minute drive away.
