  • Easy access to surf spots

    I really enjoyed staying at this condo because it was so close to Pipeline and other great surf locations. It was very quiet and the golf course view was an added plus. Being a fan of surfing, I really liked the pictures that were displayed all around the condo. The condo was roomy, clean and the kitchen was newly remodeled. I would definitely stay here again!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    We enjoyed our stay at this condo at Turtle Bay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. My son was upstairs in the loft and remarked that he had a lot of room and that the bathroom was also very roomy. It was great to have the internet, dishwasher, and the HD TV. We also like the way the owner decorated the condo with all the sufing photos and paintings We enjoyed being so close to all the surf spots, Foodland, and restaurants. Turtle Bay is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, and I would recomment this condo highly.

    Hi, Just want to thank you for the tips regarding the North Shore. Sarah and I love our stay at the condo. We had a great time exploring the north shore – even got a chance to see the baby seal on the beach – we were fortunate enough to spot him while exploring the beaches.     We stayed over Christmas and were very disappointed in the shabby decor and lack of upkeep. Many things needed to be repaired and cleaned. The property manager seemed less than enthusiastic about my complaint. These problems could all be repaired in a weekend, but frankly we didn't want them being fixed during our stay. I would stay at this project again, but not at this unit. Maybe the owner should pay visit to see what is going on: dirty grout, carpet stains, doors off washer and dryer area and leaning against the wall, mirror off wall and leaning against the wall, chipped dishes, bathroom fans not working, to name a few.

    Owner response: We do take guest satisfaction very seriously. This guest called with some complaints, which I offered to have looked at/ taken care of the next day, but she would not allow anyone to come in to the condo, as she herself states. As a manager, this was frustrating as I could not address her complaint. I did not hear back from her for the duration of her stay. The guests before and after her did not have any complaints, but we are looking at the issues she brought up and are addressing them. The washer is oversized so the original doors no longer fit, and we had them in cubby with the washer, but we no longer have them there. We have new dishes, etc. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me and discuss them. Thanks

    I was on VRBO looking at the listings trying to find the condo my family and I stayed at while visiting the North Shore a couple months ago as we were looking to rebook this lovely unit. I was able to recognize it as the one owned by a prof surfer that had grown up in this area. I was absolutely shocked that there was a bad review of this property as we had found it to be very clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bathroom as mentioned are remodeled The furnishings and decor are very tasteful and of a high quality. The extra large flat screen tv was the icing on the cake. We had a wonderful time here as there is so much to do on the property. Restaurants are on the property as well as a pool and tennis court. The North Shore is an exceptionally beautiful area and is the surfing captital of the world. Everything we could have wanted was available. Our expectations were exceeded and we will look forward to booking this unit again in the near future!

    We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay on the North Shore of Oahu. Thank you again for making our Hawaii vacation a wonderful memory for our family. We hope to return to Hawaii soon and will definitely contact you when we do.

    We loved staying in this condo at Turtle Bay! Because of the location on the island we were able to see the sunrise in the morning... and the most spectacular sunsets in the evening. We mostly stayed on the North Shore, but when we went to the other sides of the island, the drive was not very long and so much to see. The condo is in nice condition and we appreciated being able to do laundry in our condo while we were there. It was very convenient just like being at home.... only with a pool and a view. We would definitely stay here again.
