The Hilltop Villa ahs 1734 sq. ft. and is located adjacent to the Smokehouse,and just a short distance to the Beach Club and resort amenities. The Hollows is known for its walking trails which pass directly by the Villa and connect to all areas of the resort. Award winning full service Marina is located at the resort with a boat ramp access. Lake access is located at the end of Old Burnet Road and is only for resort owners and guests. The Marina is located by the Beach Club.

The Villa is furnished with Large Screen LCD Television, leather sofasleepers, four poster king size bed in master, large garden tub for two in masterbath with separate walk-in shower. The villa has high-speed internet thru Time Warner Cable and several DVD players to enjoy yur favorite movies. Large outdoor patio has breathtaking views of Lake Travis and Texas Hill country. Kayak trail is located next to unit location.

The area offers many forms of entertainment, water sports and outdoor recreation; with Austin, TX is just a short 20-30 minute drive offering many other vacation destination activities.
