RELAXING LAKE COTTAGE GET AWAY
This is the perfect floor plan for 2 families with kids. The house sleeps 8 people in beds and 2 on couches. There are 2 family rooms so everyone has space to spread out. The house is complete with everything your family needs.

downstairs: 2 bedrooms- 1 with queen and 1 with 2 fulls
Location: Lake Club Circle, Lavonia, GA Just 2 min from I85 & exit 177
Accommodations: Approximately 2000 square feet, very easy access to I-85. 1 mile to Harbor Light Marina.
This home is located on a quiet cove with a small beach area for the kids to play. This is perfect for children learning to swim or ski. It is also fun to fish off the end of the dock. The swing on the swim dock is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
There are two boat launches nearby for your boat or rent one from Harbor Light Marina just around the corner.
Our cottage get away has a sunroom with a beautiful view, two family rooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), and a firepit area that is great to relax by after a day on the lake. There is a full kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, fridge, and utensils. All of the bedrooms have new beds. New linens and towels are provided for your convenience, as well as a washer and dryer. Satellite TVs with DVD and VCR are also included. You can also grill out on our gas grill while enjoying the view and sounds of the lake in the early evening.
There is nothing better than spending time with family and friends at the lake. You can be on the lake all day and then have a great house to relax in at night.
