RELAXING LAKE COTTAGE GET AWAY

This is the perfect floor plan for 2 families with kids. The house sleeps 8 people in beds and 2 on couches. There are 2 family rooms so everyone has space to spread out. The house is complete with everything your family needs.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom- king
downstairs: 2 bedrooms- 1 with queen and 1 with 2 fulls

Location: Lake Club Circle, Lavonia, GA Just 2 min from I85 & exit 177

Accommodations: Approximately 2000 square feet, very easy access to I-85. 1 mile to Harbor Light Marina.

This home is located on a quiet cove with a small beach area for the kids to play. This is perfect for children learning to swim or ski. It is also fun to fish off the end of the dock. The swing on the swim dock is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.

There are two boat launches nearby for your boat or rent one from Harbor Light Marina just around the corner.

Our cottage get away has a sunroom with a beautiful view, two family rooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), and a firepit area that is great to relax by after a day on the lake. There is a full kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, fridge, and utensils. All of the bedrooms have new beds. New linens and towels are provided for your convenience, as well as a washer and dryer. Satellite TVs with DVD and VCR are also included. You can also grill out on our gas grill while enjoying the view and sounds of the lake in the early evening.

There is nothing better than spending time with family and friends at the lake. You can be on the lake all day and then have a great house to relax in at night.

  • I AGREE WITH ALL THE ABOVE COMMENTS BUT THE THING THAT REALLY CHANGED MY PERSPECTIVE WAS THAT GREAT BIG, ALMOST LONESOME, BODY OF WATER.YOU CAN SKI AND NOT WORRY ABOUT TOO MANY OTHER BOATS. ACCROSS THE LAKE THERE SEEMS TO BE MILES OF VACANT SHORE LINE, SMALL COVES AND EVEN A FEW ISLANDS. YOU CAN ANCHOR YOUR BOAT ALONG ANY OF THESE AND SWIM, PARTY OR EXOLORE. WE PULLED IN TO ONE OF THE ISLANDS AND MY GRANDCHILDREN AND I SWAM AND EXPLORED AROUND THE WHOLE ISLAND. THEY HAD A GREAT TIME DOING IT AND I HAD A GREAT TIME WATCHING THEM. THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE FOR YOUNG OLD OR IN BETWEEN.

  • We have spent 3 nights in this home and loved it. It's in an area that is quite and peaceful. A private get-away, good for the two of us or good for anyone that has children. The house is well taken care of and very well-stocked with linens, etc. We look forward to staying there again this season if it's available.

    We have recently decided to rent our lake house for others to enjoy as much as we have. We have updated the baths with new tile and vanities, installed new laminate floors in the basement and have fresh paint inside and out. We also have new beds and linens to make your stay more comfortable. Our covered slip dock is available for you to bring your boat. Our house is only a mile down the road from Harbor Light Marina which gives you easy access. The beach area by the dock is a great place for kids to play, our kids love it! We look forward to having you as a guest in our house.
