Contemporary crafts and limestone floors give this retreat a sophisticated feeling that you'll enjoy as your own. The kitchen enlarged to open into great room allows for entertaining, or just relaxing. Your private balcony has the best view of the beach, dolphins, and one of ten outdoor pools. Indoor pool, tennis courts, game room and fitness center are just steps away. From master bedroom with queen size bed and private bath you can hear the ocean waves eight stories below. The second bedroom with queen size bed shares a full bath with third bedroom, whose twin beds are arranged to function as a den by day and bedroom at night.
This luxurious vacation home is the place to create family traditions from boardwalk french fries and ice cream sodas to kayaking with the dolphins. Premier golf courses, fishing crabbing, water parks movies, biking, bird watching antiquing and tax free outlet stores are minutes away. Linen service can be provided, and of course there is internet service. Washer and dryer in the apartment allow you to do the laundry whenever you wish. Beach services provide chairs and umbrellas for rent. Sunday to Sunday rentals allows you to miss all the traffic. Travel time from Philadelphia and Washington is two and a half hours. Sea Colony requires a recreation fee of $35 a person per week to use their facilities.
