You have privacy and direct views to the beach combined with the infrastructure benefits of being part of the five-star Quay West Resort and Golf Club.
The Houses were completed in May 2007. The property has been fitted with high end European appliances and superior yet practical furnishings. A private spa has been added in the garden. The property is very large with four bedrooms upstairs with a separate lounge area. Downstairs is open plan living.
The Facilities available include a superb lagoon pool, a 20 metre heated indoor pool, tennis courts, the 18 hole championship golf course, a gym, steam room, a day spa, bars, lounges and restaurants.
There is also a kids club called Pellos named after the famous local custom of pelican feeding that occurs daily. It takes appox 90 mins to drive from Sydney.
