The apartment is located in the green hills of Buda, in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Budapest. It is ideally suited for people who want to visit Budapest's tourist attractions, thermal spas and seek recreation at the same time.

It comprises of a spacious living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. It is located on the top floor of a three-story building.
The living room has a dining area with a spacious table and large windows facing south-east. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and ceramic hotplates.
The living room opens to a balcony with splendid views over the city and the nearby green hills. The balcony is facing south-east and enjoys sun most of the day. It is well separated and perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. After a busy day downtown, enjoy a glass of wine at the balcony, with the twinkling lights of the city below or have a breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the morning sun.
The apartment serves as a good starting point for exploring the city, as downtown Budapest is easily reachable by public transport. The bus station is about 50 meters and the bus takes you in about 15 minutes to the city. You will find popular recreational areas in the neighbourhood.
Parking for residents is available.
Whenever you feel like going out for a dinner, there are good restaurants around. You will also find groceries for your daily supplies nearby.
