Three clean and spacious flats in quiet building on residential street in North Beach. Each flat sleeps 4 people, rent 2 flats to sleep up to 8 people and rent 3 flats to sleep up to 12 people. New linens (sheets, towels, blankets, rugs, etc...) June 20, 2008. On cable car line and 1 block to MUNI. Walking distance to Coit Tower, Crooked Street (Lombard), Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Embarcadero, The Cannery, Pier 39 (ferry to Alcatraz, Sausalito, Tiburon, etc.), Aquatic Park (small beach), China Town and the restaurants and shops of Little Italy. 1 block to Washing Square Park. Across the street from North Beach community center (playground, indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and library for your use).

There are so many good restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the neighborhood, you won't even use the fully equipped kitchen. View of Coit Tower, Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral and the Bay the living room. Roof top view of Coit Tower, the bay, Alcatraz, Marin, and Berkeley. Walk to major car rental companies down at Fisherman's Wharf. Near Union Square and Financial District. No on-site parking, many parking lots and garages in neighborhood.
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, please help us keep it that way by NOT hosting parties in the flat or on the rooftop.

1. I wanted to give you an update on the stay in your San Francisco home. I have to admit that the pictures on the internet do not do it justice. There is more than ample space for our family. Our son was not able to join us but even if he had, we would be more than comfortable. Spacious, clean and well maintained.
You were right about parking. Down at the corner of Columbus and Mason we were able to negotiate a better weeklong rate with in and out privileges.
You may want to mention in your add that you do not have internet but there is not a shortage of wireless sites that are satisfactory as well as many internet cafes in the area.Thank you again for making this a memorable trip! Vince. Alexandria, VA June 08.
