Flip Floppin' is a Beautiful Beach front Home with breath taking views of the ocean from almost every room in the house.
Located right on the beach, this is one of the best places on the Carolina coast for sun, sand and swimming. From beautiful sun rises in the morning to cool sea breezes at night, you and your family will enjoy every minute of your vacation at Topsail beach.
This vacation home includes every amenity from big screen tv's to an outdoor shower. With two large back decks there's room for everyone to enjoy the panoramic views while eating out or just sitting back and sipping margaritas. This is one of the few rentals on the island that has a kitchen table that seats 10 people, allowing everyone to eat together indoors. Our home sleeps 6 adults and up to 6 children.
Flip Floppin' is located 2 miles from the bridge and is minutes from shopping, restaurants and Topsail Island's exclusive fishing pier.
From the new tasteful beach decor to the in house elevator, this vacation home was built for family, fun and relaxation. A great place to reconnect with the kids or for family reunions; there's room at the beach for everyone. This home sleeps 6 adults comfortably plus children.
GROUND LEVEL: Parking for 4 vehicles. There are two covered entrances, one on each side. There is an elevator that can take your groceries and luggage to all three levels.
FIRST LEVEL: There are four bedrooms with two baths on this level and a hallway that leads out onto a deck with steps down to the beach. The first two bedrooms are located on the street side. One of these bedrooms has a view of the ocean. Both have a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and full size bed underneath. Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the ocean side; each has an adjoining bathroom, a queen bed and sliding doors that open up onto a large deck with stairs leading down to the sand. All four rooms have a TV with DVD player.
SECOND LEVEL: This level has windows all along the ocean side with sliding glass doors that open up to an ocean front deck that leads to the beach. The living room has a sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo. The kitchen has a table that seats ten and all steel appliances. There is a refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. All utensils included. Off the kitchen is a half bathroom and full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom is located off the living room on the street side with a beautiful ocean view from the side window and a flat screen TV. Guests of this room will enjoy a large beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub and a huge walk-in closet.
Flip-floppin' offers accommodations and a great location that will make your vacation a wonderful experience. It is a smoke and pet free property. Linens and towels are not included. Insurance is not included. A highchair and pack & play are also available. There is a grill on the ground level for outdoor cooking. Please contact us for any additional information.

My family stayed at Flip Floppin a few weeks ago and had a blast! There were 6 adults and 2 small children. We had plenty of room. Beachfront is the only way to stay with kids! The house was very clean and the view was awesome. The first floor deck was perfect for beach chairs, fishing rods, etc. and the top deck had a perfect, unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. The kids had a blast going out at night to see the crabs. The elevator was a MUST. Hope to go back next year!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our extended family loved the house and had a great time on the beach. The water was warm and clean. We needed to leave early due to Hurricaine Irene, but would love to return. Kathy, the owner of the property was a pleasure to work with, especially when the hurricaine headed our way.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house was more beautiful than the pictures on the internet. It was very nicely laid out. Our family had more fun picking up seashells and watching the dolphins play. The water was so clear and blue, postcard perfect. The O'leary's were very nice to deal with, and everyone on the island was very friendly.Next best thing to home. We can't wait to go back again. Our extended family of ten stayed here and loved it. It is right on sandy beach. You can see/hear/smell the ocean from the house. Our grandchildren had fun collecting seashells. The house is beautiful. It is brand new,tastefully decorated,well equpped,and nicely laid out for a large group. We can't wait to go back.
