  We have stayed at Topsail Island for the past 4 years. This year I would have to say was the best! While we have stayed at some nice houses this house was wondeful! It is large and if you are traveling with family gives everyone their own privacy. The elevator made it so much easier to transport the luggage and groceries. The owners were great and very helpful through the entire process. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again next year!

• Great House!

  Surf City beach was (as always) Beautiful. The house was perfect. Had a lot of amenities and roomy enough for all of us. The decor was inviting and friendly and the house was clean. The only downfall was having the public beach access so close. However even with that being said, we are anxious to rent again for our stay next year!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  My family stayed at Flip Floppin a few weeks ago and had a blast! There were 6 adults and 2 small children. We had plenty of room. Beachfront is the only way to stay with kids! The house was very clean and the view was awesome. The first floor deck was perfect for beach chairs, fishing rods, etc. and the top deck had a perfect, unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. The kids had a blast going out at night to see the crabs. The elevator was a MUST. Hope to go back next year!

  Our extended family loved the house and had a great time on the beach. The water was warm and clean. We needed to leave early due to Hurricaine Irene, but would love to return. Kathy, the owner of the property was a pleasure to work with, especially when the hurricaine headed our way.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The house was more beautiful than the pictures on the internet. It was very nicely laid out. Our family had more fun picking up seashells and watching the dolphins play. The water was so clear and blue, postcard perfect. The O'leary's were very nice to deal with, and everyone on the island was very friendly.Next best thing to home. We can't wait to go back again. The Sanders Family

  Our extended family of ten stayed here and loved it. It is right on sandy beach. You can see/hear/smell the ocean from the house. Our grandchildren had fun collecting seashells. The house is beautiful. It is brand new,tastefully decorated,well equpped,and nicely laid out for a large group. We can't wait to go back.
